This location is very clean, I guess because it’s new- I had always have a great experience here and food is always hot but last Sunday the gentlemen who was running the front was kind of out of control first when I wanted to order he said “ you have no idea how it is to be here, I’m stuck here on Sunday”. I noted and sat to eat and then you could hear him literarily screaming to the back connecting with another workers. He used profanities few times. He was talking so loud that you were able to hear him in the back where we sat. I. Not a stranger to a profanity but it was bad to hear it here at a business, open to public, kids could come in any time. Older ladies were sitting there eating lunch. I just thought I would bring it to the management’s attention. I’m sure you’ll be able to figure out who that person was. Not good for business. He was truly out of control

Literally everytime i get delivery from this location something is messed up or missing. If i go through drive thru it takes at least 15 min average. Big reason why I've had BK only 3 times this year. My orders are not anything complicated at all i just think they don't care.

She at the front counter taking orders, runs to the drive through window to take my CC, and then runs to the other window to give me food...... the manager here is next level duh. Never coming here again.

Who owns this place and how do you get a compliant to corporate? This is completely unacceptable. Oh my goodness 😳 I was enjoying my burger but it kept tasting burnt... by the end I couldn't swallow another bite. I got sick within 10 min of finishing. I love Burger King so I drove 30 min to get there. I had to pick up the kid at school or I would have went back in person.
You know the person making this CLEARLY saw how burnt it was.
When a place makes me physically ill, they'll not get a 2nd try.
