By the time you find another burger king, this place will still be working on your order, probably hunting to go kill the cow. I have waited in the drive through line for over 1/2 hour one time and today 20 minutes and counting. I can't leave because he already took my payment. So annoying.

We splurged on BK today after a busy day. We looked forward to this and were happily ordering our meals via the drive though. We have been to this BK many times and never had any issues. Well, ordering seemed to go fine. When the order was ready and presented, we checked that the appropriate number of items was in the bags. Check. On returning home and unpacking, the provided the wrong item. Ordered chicken nuggets, received chicken fries. Tried to make the best of it, nope, not worth it. Then, the fries. Ordered 2, 1 was stale and the other was fine. Wonderful..... Tried the texas whopper. It was ok but all of the toppings were piled in one little section, like a slippery jenga tower. Usually not an issue, but the bacon was piled/stuck in a 1.2 inch thick chunk. Not pleasant. This was a 15 minute drive to the BK so going back was not a real option. So, thought to use the survey on the receipt. Either they don't print the correct number or it was torn off before the receipt was given to us. In lieu of the receipt/survey, I thought a review was the next best solution. So, there it is. Double check your orders. And double check again.

I given this store 3 chances over the past year. On all 3 occasions I have been extremely disappointed with the service. This store cannot process mobile orders correctly, the female manager is extremely rude. The staff is completely inept. I cannot believe this place could ever pass a corporate inspection. Worst service ever. This franchise owner should be ashamed.

Sat at the pay windows for over 7 minutes, no one there, so went to 2nd windows waited again..finally someone appears. Acted pissed off. She had to go back to the first windows for money. No, thank you, and I thought McDonald's was bad. Never again!

This 1 star review has NOTHING to do with the employees. In fact the employees at this location are the ONLY THING keeping this place around and I am sad that I have to unfortunately include them in this review because the EMPLOYEES deserve 5 stars. On multiple occasions I have gone here and experienced only 1 person working - a poor woman who tries to juggle ALL responsibilities from cooking, to order taking, (im also assuming cleaning), drive thru, etc. I remember being so disappointed in this location's management that I submitted a complaint on the BK app to which it said I would receive a response within 48 hours that I never received. Its shameful that they would allow a female (or anyone), work by herself, perform every responsibility, and risk injury. I want to be clear that the employees have always been friendly and helpful and this 1 star review is in no way a report on them, it is a report on what this location's management allows.

We ordered a whopper and a whopper jr. The jr was the perfect size, bun was size appropriate, but the burger itself was dry, old and room temp, yuck! Burgers have to be HOT FRESH AND the service people know they just gave you crap. The condiments were perfect. Same situation with the whopper, we only ordered 2 sandwiches, rounded up for charity and threw away 10 dollars for lunch. It isn't just Burger King across the board, our made for you is consistently luke warm.

Sunday, May 4th, around 7pm. Getting my cheapest order - six ice cream cones for .69 each +tax minus 25%. Received an excellent service from two young gentlemen at drive thru. Kinda impressed bc my experience at other BK locations was not the best. Thanks!

One person, maybe two, front people. Stood in line with six people in front of me and folks behind me walked out and so did I. Long drive in line and big inside crowd. I enjoy BK but it seemed just too long to wait
