Couldn't tell you about the food nor inside, as I waited 24 minutes in the drivethrough and left without food. No one in front of me at the speaker. Si, I ordered and one car in front of me waiting for his food. 5 minutes later, he got his order. I pulled-up and reminded BK guy of my order. Said he would be a few minutes. 10 minutes later honked horn; nothing. 9 minutes later honked horn again; nada, so I left. HUGH piss-poor service!!!!
Been stopping for breakfast on and off for a year . The customer service and time to wait for food is horrible. Always though it would get better when I give them another chance . Never again .

Ordered at the drive in window and the speaker was so loud it hurt our ears and they couldn’t turn it down. Then they didn’t even understand what came with their own $5 duo meal, forget to give me the second burger, and also forgot to return my credit card! I told them about this and they fixed it, but fast food it wasn’t.

Waited for our meal in the drive thru for over 30 minutes (yes timed not exaggerated.) The employee working the drive thru was more then rude, horrible customer service, and after reviewing our order with him 4 times, our order was still missing items and our drinks were wrong. But he told us it was our fault because we "ordered 50 dollars worth of food and it's busy inside and outside"....apparently 2 cars in the parking lot and 3 in the drive thru is too busy to make a correct order in a timely fashion.

The customer service at this Burger King is absolutely horrible, they make you wait for 30 minutes in a Drive-Thru and tell you that they're busy and yet they're not. I have never seen such disrespectful human beings in my entire life. Don't eat at this Burger King because they'll probably spit in your food

Don't come to this location unless you want to wait forty minutes in drive thru. I get that they're busy but so is every one else! Took up my entire lunch break!! They don't know how to coordinate lane one versus lane two. Then when I called someone out about it, she yelled at me. Worst place ever.

This could be the WORST Fast food restaurant on Earth. I have lived a mile away for 5 years and have been there 3 times because Everytime I go I VOW TO NEVER GO BACK AGAIN... then a couple years go by and I forget or figure everyone got fired by now and it may be ok. WRONG - I just spent 35 mins in line when I got to the window it took another 10 minutes to make a whopper and onion rings and cookies. Got home and no cookies. This was a mobile order they didn't even have to take it. Please revoke the franchise on this failure. You know the Neil Diamond song where they sing SO GOOD SO GOOD? this is SO BAD SO BAD SO BAD. Then I went to the website to explain and they didn't put the resturant number on the reciept digital OR paper... A JOKE.
