Went through the drive through line for a couple of breakfast sandwiches and had to wait about 10 minutes because there were only 2 people working in the entire restaurant. When we finally got our order and drove away, we found they had left the protein off both sandwiches, and my eggs sandwich was extremely salty.

I went through your drive-thru today and I was ready for lunch but you have a recording on your drive-thru that makes you think you're ordering with a human. I said my entire order and then it let me know that someone would be right with me when I mentioned it to your drive-thru employee a female she screamed at me and said I'm complaining to the wrong person we just work here! I left. I will not be screamed at by fast food workers when all I was making was a suggestion that maybe mentioned to the manager that that recording makes you think you're speaking to a human when you're not so that means you get to order twice nope not a good way to make customers happy.

This BK is slow. It is so slow that the manager is requiring the drive-thru pay window clerk to hold people at the pay window so that the timer doesn't start and adversely effect their stats.

Eventide I go to the particular Burger King I'm waiting at the first window for 10 minutes everytime. It's the same lady working the window. I go thinking she would be fired by now, but NO! The worst Burger King I've ever been to.

I took a friend out to lunch the other day. We decided on Burger King since she had a coupon and there are no longer Burger King's where I live. We were greeted by a friendly cashier. We went to get our drinks and put them on the table. The food came out promptly and was nice and hot! The food was very tasty. The restaurant was meticulously clean. The atmosphere was quiet and pleasant. Overall a great experience!

This BK is worse than any Waffle House on earth. Management is completely incompetent. It took me 25 minutes today to receive the wrong order, while the manager hid in the back and barked orders at employees and customer. I’ll never be back and you should never go unless you take your own food just to watch the show.

I have big problem with burger king in nokomis .1 - if elder people they understand my accent, that's mean young people they can understand very easy . I ask very polite way can i have number 5 please and i repeat 3 times he didn't understand me . Then when i arrived to window he angry from me and he want me to drive all over after 4 cars and wait my meal .2- i order vegan burger meal , after i arriveI surprised its only mayo ketchup pickle tomato onion and lettuce inside the bun .No plant based burger .Is that funny ?3- they forgot me in drive way .
