We found this place while on a weekend getaway. Had dinner and breakfast here. The food is amazing as well as the drinks. The staff and service was wonderful. Is located on the water and had a great vibe. Will definitely be back.

The place is great. We were in Sarasota and went 3 times in a week. Drinks are wonderful, Aaron the bartender is great, remembered me all 3 visits. Food was awesome, waitstaff was very efficient and very nice. We enjoyed ourselves so much. Didn't even realize there was the big indoor bar. It was happening on the night we were there. Definitely will be back.

Nice place, but way too crowded to enjoy. Parking is a hassle as well.The food was OK but a bit expensive. Our server in the smaller bar was wonderful.

We had a fantastic time at Pop's Sunset Grill for brunch/lunch. The service was top-notch, and the view, as always, was stunning. We called ahead and were quickly seated upon arrival during Easter weekend, which was a nice touch. The drinks hit the spot. Now, onto the food - it was incredible. The prime rib brunch with eggs, hash browns, and Au jus was mouthwatering, and the lamb chops with potatoes and carrots were equally delicious. Everything was cooked to perfection. Overall, Pop's Sunset Grill provided a wonderful dining experience that we'll remember for a long time. If you're looking for great food with a beautiful view, this place won't disappoint. 5 's for breakfast, brunch and lunch!

I had a really hard time deciding between a 2 and 3. The reason I gave it a three was our waiter was very kind, but let's be real we rarely saw him. He was over worked and didn't have enough hands to help all his tables. We put our name on the waitlist on Yelp. It said check in at 6:18, which was about 1 hr 15 min. NBD. We got there...you have about a 20 minute wait. Again, no big deal. We weren't sat for another 50-55 minutes. If they would have been honest about the wait we would have left. Thankfully the child in our group had ate prior to arrival. So total it was over a 2 hr wait which we would have had but for signing up. Upon seating our waiter said his whole section was full so it would be a few minutes. Again, so kind...so good at his customer service...just one person can't do the work of 2 or 3, so we rarely saw him. Good was good quality but mediocre and expensive. For $16.50 I got a chicken sandwich...added a premium side for $2.00 more of a vegetable skewer, which consisted of one cut slice of zucchini, two cherry tomatoes, and one cut slice of yellow squash. $18.50! So needless to say after about three hours I still left hungry. We had a reservation for tonight, but canceled.
