You walk in and stand there no one in sire for 10 min. Then said hello 3 times a few mins later someone came up w a attitude. Tried this place 2 times I 1 week. 2nd time waited longer then the last time she said she trade me jobs .. Absolutely the worst one ever!!

It takes no time to Smile, say Please, Thank You or I'm Sorry...and this store needs an attitude adjustment. The employees always seem stressed and lack customer service. Today, I ordered 2 coffees with creme which were prepared black and the girl seemed insulted and turned it around on me when I asked for creme. Rather than saying I'm sorry , We'll get it right etc.

Wife and I had breakfast here Aug 21. No longer have the $5 special for some silly reason. We got the $6 with coffee, potatoes, croissant. Hardly eatable. Sandwich hard on the bottom. The 5 little potatoes not great. Good coffee. I followed with a tasteless donut! Go elsewhere except for coffee.

The young girl with the dark brown hair who always works the drive-through Is so sweet! She always goes above and beyond to make sure our orders are absolutely perfect And that we have everything we need. She is so friendly and always greets us with a warm smile. My daughter loves to go through the drive-through to get her strawberry frosted donut and a cup of water.

The African American lady working Saturday mornings has a nasty attitude. Look at your receipts, I got over charged for a simple request of water and ice, after having purchased 1/2 dozen donuts, a large ice coffee & × 2 apple fritters. While others I know get the cup of ice & water for free, I was over charged, even though I had made a large purchase. I did not want to argue with her, and have to put up w her unprofessionalism, so I left, but I hope management addresses it

This Dunkins has superb A-1 service. The lobby and restroom were super clean. Ms. Kyleigha and Ms. Donatello were extremely friendly and helpful and the donuts as well as my iced coffee tasted so good and fresh. I would give this Dunkins a 10 star if possible. Definitely recommend.

Got yelled at this morning because I asked what kind of donuts they have, she starts screaming the names of the donuts at me and they gave the wrong sandwich and had a bad attitude.

Ordered food from here with some donuts. We received everything but one item and tried letting them know. So instead of taking us at the window (we didn’t leave let) they said we had to drive back around and order it again. Tried saying that we already ordered it and are just trying to get the last item on the receipt. They said they didn’t have the item on their screen and we never ordered it even though we literally had the item printed on the receipt they gave us. They didn’t even ask to see the receipt. Just kept saying they never saw the order on the screens. So instead of going back and forth we ended up just paying for another one.
Would have expected a little better considering we never left and when asked, went right back around as requested through the drive through and there was no line. Just us.
