The African American lady working Saturday mornings has a nasty attitude. Look at your receipts, I got over charged for a simple request of water and ice, after having purchased 1/2 dozen donuts, a large ice coffee & × 2 apple fritters. While others I know get the cup of ice & water for free, I was over charged, even though I had made a large purchase. I did not want to argue with her, and have to put up w her unprofessionalism, so I left, but I hope management addresses it

This Dunkins has superb A-1 service. The lobby and restroom were super clean. Ms. Kyleigha and Ms. Donatello were extremely friendly and helpful and the donuts as well as my iced coffee tasted so good and fresh. I would give this Dunkins a 10 star if possible. Definitely recommend.

Got yelled at this morning because I asked what kind of donuts they have, she starts screaming the names of the donuts at me and they gave the wrong sandwich and had a bad attitude.

Ordered food from here with some donuts. We received everything but one item and tried letting them know. So instead of taking us at the window (we didn’t leave let) they said we had to drive back around and order it again. Tried saying that we already ordered it and are just trying to get the last item on the receipt. They said they didn’t have the item on their screen and we never ordered it even though we literally had the item printed on the receipt they gave us. They didn’t even ask to see the receipt. Just kept saying they never saw the order on the screens. So instead of going back and forth we ended up just paying for another one.
Would have expected a little better considering we never left and when asked, went right back around as requested through the drive through and there was no line. Just us.

Sliders would taste good with Dijon Mustard in specific. Wish there was an additional one in the order. I am very hungry. The servers could have been more communicative by telling me that my order was up at the mobile order section of the counter. The one even said she would bring my sandwich to me then did not.
The air felt very refreshing in the store, the music was energetic and slightly loud for a tired person coming off night shift. Noisy at the counter. Room showed some signs of wear and tear.

After repeating my order three times (inside not drive thru) it was still wrong and had to be remade. Then it was horrible, the coffee was so watered down I threw it out. :( so disappointed in this location. I won’t be back.

Probably the first Dunkin I go to around Sarasota County that is clean and well decorated inside. It was so cute and cozy inside. Looked pretty clean as well. Liked the decoration they had up for Valentine’s Day. The staff did look a bit out of it but the place made up for it. Understand not everyone is happy all the time.

4/11/24 at 715am I went thru the drive thru to get breakfast. The girl handed me my coffee she had the coffee in hand by the top.. she dropped a very hot cup of coffee all over my hand. The girls inside did absolutely nothing. The manager said I squeezed the cup.. but the girl who gave me my coffee still had the cup. I didn't squeeze the cup the top was not put on properly. THE MANAGER TOLD ME NOT TO COME BACK TO THE STORE. SHE DID NOTHING FOR ME AS MY HAND WAS SCOLDED FROM A VERY HOT CUP OF COFFEE.... ZERO STARS.. THIS MANAGER HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NO FORMAL TRAINING. PS IM NOT LOOKING FOR NOTHING FREE.. I JUST WANT THAT MANAGER BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DAMAGE SHE HAS CAUSED TO ME.
