After repeating my order three times (inside not drive thru) it was still wrong and had to be remade. Then it was horrible, the coffee was so watered down I threw it out. :( so disappointed in this location. I won’t be back.

Probably the first Dunkin I go to around Sarasota County that is clean and well decorated inside. It was so cute and cozy inside. Looked pretty clean as well. Liked the decoration they had up for Valentine’s Day. The staff did look a bit out of it but the place made up for it. Understand not everyone is happy all the time.

4/11/24 at 715am I went thru the drive thru to get breakfast. The girl handed me my coffee she had the coffee in hand by the top.. she dropped a very hot cup of coffee all over my hand. The girls inside did absolutely nothing. The manager said I squeezed the cup.. but the girl who gave me my coffee still had the cup. I didn't squeeze the cup the top was not put on properly. THE MANAGER TOLD ME NOT TO COME BACK TO THE STORE. SHE DID NOTHING FOR ME AS MY HAND WAS SCOLDED FROM A VERY HOT CUP OF COFFEE.... ZERO STARS.. THIS MANAGER HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NO FORMAL TRAINING. PS IM NOT LOOKING FOR NOTHING FREE.. I JUST WANT THAT MANAGER BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DAMAGE SHE HAS CAUSED TO ME.

Highly unprofessional, Emily or Emmy completely ignored me! Rather than have a 2 second conversation, she just let me keep knocking through the glass while she cleaned. Eventually the manager caught sight of me and had no problem speaking with me about what I was asking so I can leave quickly. Emily, what you did was not right at all. I would suggest a different Dunkin if you are from this city.

Went to the drive through, got lg ice tea (light ice) and an order of everything bagel bites. The woman at the window was nice enough. That’s where this happy story ends, the ice tea was a cup of ice even though I asked for light ice and the topper the bagel bites were frozen in the middle!!!

I’ve ordered ahead twice at this location in the past two weeks with 3-4 large coffee carry to-go orders and one included 4 dozen donuts as well. They not only had my order ready to go at the time of scheduled pick up, but also had more than enough sugar, cream, cups, lids and stirrers to go around! Very smooth and easy experience, would definitely recommend this location for anything but especially catering! Thanks Team!

Drive through is always quick and order is always accurate. Was recently greeted with a friendly hello from Adrianna and Brittany. Can't say enough about how they want to make sure each customer is satisfied. This is my local go-to Dunkin.
