To pick up pizza in 15 minutes. I got email, person got my order and making it from tracking order. I arrived there and one guy at front cashier. Pizza on shelf is for Donna is not for me. I showed him my order from my phone. He checked on workplace monitor, and he realized. Then he said oven isn't working properly. Why did he check the monitor order? Makes me think he didn't check it before.. I was disappointed I drove for nothing and waste my car gas trip. He didn't call me. I gave email and phone number. Arrived at the store and found out. I was disappointed..

The driver was professional, but the manager was sloppy,unprofessional, overcharged my friend 15% tax,took off from the restaurant,leaving cook an driver alone on a Saturday night.driver told me manager left last weekend too,threatened a customer he would be shot

Ordered online, had to call after an hour to see where food was, employee told me they didn't have salad I already paid for, asked why he didn't call me to tell me like 45 minutes ago, answered "uh"Told me I could get wings, called back 30 minutes later to just tell him cancel it since it obviously wasn't coming at that point but I couldn't even do that because I just got put on hold for 15 minutes without even getting to talk to a person instead. Never got my food, total scam.

0 Stars. We did not get our pizza that we ordered. I called to ask where the pizza was after an hour and ten minutes. They didn't have a driver so they called door dash. It was goi g to be another 30 minutes and the pizza had already been out of the oven several minutes.

Called ahead to place an order and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived a few minutes early and paid right away. I witnessed the staff all working with food, yet no gloves or hand washing. One man was talking on his phone, while on speakerphone, holding it with one hand and preparing food with the other. Never washed his hands. I asked Abby, who took the order over the phone and took my payment if he was actually making food while touching his cell phone. She did not deny it, but when I asked him he denied it profusely and was very unprofessional. I asked for the manager, to which he replied he was the manager. I explained my concerns over the cleanliness and safety of the food prep. He was rude and defensive, saying that everything is automated, button controls and they don't touch the food. I told him I am also Food Service Certified and I know better. The conversation continued to escalate as he then told me I should "not be so judgemental while wearing a cross" around my neck, and said that "a true Christian wouldn't act like that." I informed him of what it means to be a Christian, as I am not afraid to tell anyone the Truth!This whole time my food should have been ready and it actually took 15 minutes longer than estimated. I told him that this was my first and last time ordering from this location.We order from the one in Venice every week, and that location is great! Nokomis should really take some training from Venice.Save yourself a headache and drive 10 minutes further to try a different location. OR maybe this Nokomis location will have more help soon. Hopefully!

Luke is super rude not helpful at all and is apparently the only person who works here I will not order from this location anymore these people burnt my entire order and then refused to remake it or refund me Luke is not the manager and there is no manager present
I received these burnt cinnamon sticks for my nieces. I picked them up it’s a 15 min drive one way to get them. By the time we got to them after eating pizza we don’t have time to go back and get a edible serving. I called asking for a credit and they told me I can come in and get a new one or come in and get my money back but my only option is to come back. The person on the phone serving at 7 pm on this Sunday night refused to get a manager to help with the credit claiming the manager went home for the night. They refused to give me their name and said call back tomorrow then hung up. All I wanted was a credit for these inedible sticks

Sending compliments to Ethan M. He handled pressure very well. Place was very busy. He never lost his cool. He was very well mannered. He deserves a raise. Don't lose that guy Howie! The 2 gentlemen working in the back were hard workers as well. Pleasantly surprised to see such a good system there compared to other places.

Sent to wrong address.. ordered subs should have got Italian dressing.. they sent jalapenos instead. Took way to long to get order.. should have known.. guy who answered phone had no clue what hungry Howie's offers for food
