Probably the best breakfast we’ve had in florida so far. Staff was super friendly, establishment was clean and the food was slapping

The minute you walk in The Breakfast Cottage, you are made to feel at home. The warm, Old-Florida feel, bright and cheery decor (those table tops!) and genuinely caring wait staff makes this our go-to Breakfast stop. The food is outstanding and plentiful, no skimping on ingredients here (just check out their omlettes!) On crazy busy mornings you may have to wait a little longer, but NOT the "25 minutes" as posted by another reviewer. The owner - and for that matter, every staff member - goes out of their way to make your meal as delightful as you expected. The Breakfast Cottage is a true gem, and we will continue to patronize it as long as the coffee keeps flowing. (Black Gold brand - awesome!)

Listen. I don’t know what kind of breakfast sorcery is happening at The Breakfast Cottage, but I’m officially a devotee. I’ve now been multiple times while on vacation (which is honestly the highest compliment — vacation calories are sacred and must be spent wisely). And every single visit? Perfection. No notes. Five golden pancakes out of five. First of all, this place has big “local favorite” energy. You can feel it the moment you walk in — the warm chatter, the cozy vibe, and the fact that the regulars clearly have a usual (I aspire to that kind of loyalty). The staff know what they’re doing and make sure your coffee cup never hits half-empty. Coffee refills? Mimosas flowing? Yes and YES. Let’s talk about the food. Insert dramatic pause for emphasis. We shared a pumpkin pancake, and I’m 97% sure I saw a leaf gently fall in slow motion from a maple tree, despite being in Florida. But the real showstopper? The Reuben Benedict. As someone who judges benedicts like it’s an Olympic sport, I am stunned. 12/10, would recommend, may tattoo it on my arm. The back patio is a whole other vibe with a big beautiful tree. And inside? Adorable local art everywhere. Bottom line: The Breakfast Cottage doesn’t miss. It’s charming, delicious, and just the right amount of quirky. Whether you’re a tourist with high brunch standards or a lucky local, this place will steal your breakfast-loving heart.

Went in hungry and asked for a recommendation. Our server was happy to help and suggested the Cowboy Scramble. This was a great, tasty, and filling meal. Eggs were great, meat was plentiful, and even added some fruit on the side. I'm good until dinnertime! And if you are around for lunch, I highly recommend the Breakfast Burger: hot, tasty, and fresh. It's messy, but don't worry, they have plenty of napkins.

Love, love this place! It never disappoints. From the delicious food to the friendly servers to the cute Florida vibe, we always have a great experience. I have fun guessing which salt and pepper shaker we are going to get - dinosaurs today.

The Breakfast Cottage is an absolute gem! The pancakes are hands down some of the best I've ever had. They're light, fluffy, and delicious. On top of that, the service is outstanding. The staff are warm, welcoming, and make you feel right at home from the moment you walk in.

Very poor service. The owner who happened to be my waitress was very rude and inattentive. I walked out DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Aweful food. Potatoes tasted like cooked in old oil, eggs over done, ham moldy and sour. If I don’t get sick I’ll be surprised! Don’t waste your time or money

This is a cute little place... very "vintage Florida." They have a varied menu with plenty of creative choices. Food was excellent and service was spot on. Prices are fair for what you get. Highly recommended.

Very disappointed…fruit was moldy and biscuit tasted stale and burned. Unlikely that we will return. Expected better based on other reviews.
