Very surprised by all of the high ratings. Four of us ate breakfast here and it was average at best. Unfortunately there seems to be a mold problem on the ceiling. My wife looked up and saw tremendous amounts of black mold on the ceiling above which needs to be addressed.

Service was terrible- the greeter barely looked at us, no smile or greeting just leads us to the table. Server was ok initially, but after dropping off food never came back to check on us- I had to flag her down to get a coffee refill, and my cousin sat there half the meal with no drink left and waiting to the see the server again to grab her for her refill-which never happened. We sat there waiting for her to take our checks, she never did so we go up to the greeter and again with out even looking at us or smiling she rudely said- your server has to bring it up… I started to say that our server hadn’t ever come back, but then the server saw us. So we had to go back and sit and wait for her to run our cards. Food was ok, nothing special. Outside atmosphere was nice. But unfortunately the whole experience was not enjoyable and I’d have no reason to go back.

Had the Tuscan omelet. Small amount of cheese, canned mushrooms and stemmy spinach.
Not sensory friendly.

best breakfast iv had in a while definitely recommended 100%
This place was super cute. Very colorful. Stopped in w my mom after driving around all morning. Happened to find it by accident bc I went the wrong way off the exit but we were starving. They had art work by local artists for sale all over the walls. Of course my mother had to buy so of the art work!

Don't bring the check right after the food came out, u immediately get less tips because of that. Plus the biscuits might of been some of the most flavorless ones I've ever had. The gravy was hot, but biscuit cold almost as of they were frozen.
To the owner's response:
1. Bringing the check immediately after serving the meal is unusual; out of many restaurants we’ve visited, only two ever did this, and only with specific servers. While it’s the restaurant’s right to set policies, it felt unprofessional that we were singled out. I checked nearby tables, and none had their checks while still eating. If this is a policy, all servers should apply it consistently.
2. As a professional business, our focus should be on the dining experience. Using guilt about supporting local businesses due to natural disasters, regardless of service quality, is inappropriate.
3. It’s good to know the biscuits are made fresh daily, but they lacked flavor and were served cold. The contrast between the hot gravy and the cold biscuits was unpleasant and created a conflicting experience.
4. I wish you success in the future.
This was our first visit to this location and let me tell you I had a blast. Their breakfast potatoes are phenomenal so I highly recommend them. Parking can get a little tight, but the atmosphere in this
place is so cute. There's a local artist that does the paintings that are for sale. They get all their bread from a bakery from St. Armands. So I do recommend if you're in the area and you want breakfast you need to stop in here

Mediocer food, restaurant too cramped, and unfortunately the staff was below average.

This place is a hidden gem. It's so good. They are able to make the French toast gluten free, which I rarely see as an option, and it was amazing.
I got a seasonal coffee they had, and it was equally as delicious. Food came fast.
Will definitely be back!
