2 days ago I had a baked potato with 2 sour cream, 2 butter and chives. It was so delicious that today I decided to have another. It came with one sour cream and no butter. I also ordered cheese French fries because I had message that I could get them for $1.00 they refused to honor that. Minor but I also did not receive a straw for my frosty.
The Nokomis branch was our savior. Also the one in Orlando. Our son is a difficult eater but he loved Wendy's. Were there easily 15 times on vacation. Burgers are very good.
There were issues with not getting dressing and pecans with the salads. The cheeseburger did not have cheese melted on it and was salty. I let John the manger know and he absolutely made sure the order was corrected and that just great customer service. The meal was ordered again and everything was perfect. My wife ordered a frosty in addition and it was delicious.
