What i like about this place is that they will make you the coffee you want not what on the menu only. Love it!!

Staff is friendly. The food is over salted which makes it inedible! Plus the restaurant smells like old grease.
All good

The pastries here are absolutely delicious! Perfectly flaky, fresh, and full of flavor. You can really taste the authenticity in every bite. The guava and cheese pastry is my favorite—it’s sweet, buttery, and melts in your mouth. Great service from Barbara and rest of the stuff very welcoming atmosphere. Definitely a must-visit if you love Cuban pastries!

Great Cuban bakery with a perfect location on my way into Miami Beach. The staff is very friendly, the food is delicious, and there’s a wide variety to choose from. I highly recommend trying the Cuban Benedict!

Hi ,I visit CAO every morning after work to purchase my coffee, four chocolate croissants for my children, and a rum cake to enjoy later after lunch. The atmosphere is always inviting, and the staff are consistently wonderful. I would like to especially commend the cashier/server at the front—she is truly exceptional. She is efficient, courteous, and always provides outstanding customer service. Because of her professionalism and the overall positive experience, CAO will always have my business. I am a very satisfied customer. Thank you 😊

Why would you close at 7pm this is prime eating hours?? I understand 8pm ET but 7pm ??
CAO Bakery has some of the friendliest and most attentive staff around. The food was delicious, but the service made it even better. Barbara helped us while we were getting coffee and tea on Sunday morning, and she went above and beyond. Always recommend this spot to anyone visiting Miami!

When it comes to great service and delicious Cuban food, CAO is definitely worth a visit. The bagel sandwich is my personal favorite — you have to try it! On top of that, the service provided by Barbara and Jenny is exceptional. They’re always warm, welcoming, and happy to help.

Food was excellent! However if you enjoy being treated like an inconvenience by people who think taking your order is beneath them, this is your place. The cashier acted like smiling was a personal offense!
