I had such a great experience at Benihana! The food was delicious, fresh, and perfectly cooked right in front of us — I love how entertaining the chefs are and how they make the whole dining experience fun and interactive. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere had such good energy. Whether you're celebrating something special or just want a night out with great food and vibes, Benihana never disappoints. Definitely one of my go-to spots for dinner with friends or family!

Our server was extremely kind but the show and the food left a lot to be desired. The food was bland and lifeless. The only trick we saw was he flipped an empty lobster tail into his hat and made an onion volcano, we are used to more of a show with throwing food to people and lots of movement. When we were ready to leave, we felt like we were being held hostage. We had our food boxed, then our service staff disappeared and had to ask the hostess, a bartender and 2 different servers before we got our bill after over 20 minutes, our drinks were empty and we were just sitting at a dirty table literally just begging for our check so we could pay and leave. We were celebrating a 50th birthday which they knew of ahead of time, the only dessert option they had was very old, dry pumpkin pie. Really disappointing and we will not be back to Benihanas.

We had a 9:00 PM reservation and arrived at 8:53 PM. As soon as we got there, the host walked away without acknowledging us. Another staff member eventually checked us in and told us to sit near the takeout area. Unfortunately, that area was completely dirty there was food on the floor and the table behind us hadn't been cleaned. To make matters worse, the same person who told us to wait started eating while standing there talking with other employees instead of helping guests. We waited for 30 minutes without anyone coming over to greet us, take an order, or update us on our table. At that point, we decided to leave. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience poor service, unclean environment, and lack of professionalism. Definitely not what we expected with a reservation.

Mila was my server and she was so amazing. The bathrooms were spotless and the food was amazing

The chef seemed new, he made a mess at the table and didn't give us much stools or teriyaki eve though we requested it from the start. He didn't perform the show for us. We mentioned we were celebrating an engagement and he didn't even say a word the whole time. Didn't make it special and the rice was just all over the table, a whole mess

Benihana never disappoints! The chef put on such a GREAT show , he's super talented and funny. Our server was quick, friendly, and made the experience even smoother. The food was on point, ESPECIALLY the variety of wagyu . I enjoyed all i ate, it was all very yummy . It's honestly the perfect spot for dinner & good vibes !!!

I have never experienced something like this before and it was the best thing. They cook right in front of you! The food was great the drinks were great and the service and staff were amazing! The wagyu rice was delicious and so was everything else will definitely have to come back!

The experience was awful.Book through open table with listed them at $30 and under. Decided to go there because of the price and atmosphere. Took 1 1/2 to get our Soup and Salad. 2 hours to get our food. 1/2 the meals were wrong and all the food was cold and non edible. I talked to the manager. She was only willing to give me a small credit. Still had to pay almost $300 for 4 adults 3 children We left without eating and will never go to any of their restaurant's. I highly advise no one to patronize this place.

We went for happy hour and it was such a good vibe. This location has an amazing view from the patio - definitely recommend coming for sunset! Highly recommend the Shrimp Crunch Roll and the Crispy Rice. The Wagyu burger was also delish!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had Melissa as our server and she was phenomenal. From the moment we sat down, she made sure we had everything we needed without ever having to ask. She was super detailed when explaining the menu, checked in at the perfect times, and had the kind of friendly energy that makes the whole experience better. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests — everything was organized, our drinks never went empty, and she even remembered all our little preferences. Benihana needs more servers like her professional, attentive, and full of personality.

It is the WORST Benihana in history. Staff is incredibly inneficient and extremely RUDE. I will NEVER come back to this venue. Please make yourself a favor and look elsewhere. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!

Waitress was great but she had too many tables and took an extremely long time to get everything going. I feel they were understaffed or certain waitresses were overbooked. Food was very good. We had reservations for 4pm and didn't leave until 8:30! Crazy long wait to get seated and then get waitress and food. Extremely noisy!!!

I was looking up to treat my friend to their first ever Benihana experience. Not only did they enjoy every bit of sushi, edamame, chicken, and spicy martinis, but they freaked out over the volcano show. Benihana is always a winner.

Although the teppanyaki chef was nice, it was not a teppanyaki experience. All other teppanyaki experiences I've had involved chefs skilled with their tools and very adept at “putting on a show”. This was definitely not the case here, which I would expect at Benihana, the name that brought teppanyaki to the US.

Opentable Diner

Took us 1.5 hours to get our chef even though we had a reservation. Was there for a birthday celebration and still had to wait that long. Got no special perks for birthday, and had to pay 80 per person for the standard Benihana dinner. Was ridiculously expensive and got no $ off for having to wait so long.
