Our recent dinner at Benihana was truly exceptional, thanks in large part to our phenomenal server, Jonathan. His attentiveness, genuine warmth, and expert knowledge of the menu made our entire experience fantastic. Jonathan seamlessly catered to our every need, offering insightful recommendations that perfectly matched our tastes, and ensuring our evening flowed flawlessly. We left feeling not only well-fed but truly valued as guests - a testament to the outstanding five star service provided by Jonathan!

We made a reservation and arrived on time. We were pleased to get seated within a few minutes. Everything started out fairly smoothly. Our chef arrived and started cooking. For some reason she started putting the main meal on the stovetop while making the fried rice. We were served our soup, salad and then the main courses. While we were eating the steak and scallops, she made the shrimp appetizer and then the veggies. By the time we received those we were almost finished. We ordered a meal that was supposed to come with green tea and ice cream. We were never offered these things. She came out with the check and when we asked about the tea and ice cream she told us that the ice cream had melted and that the fridge wasn't working properly. We paid the bill and were overcharged for both of our meals. Not wanting to make a fuss we paid it. If anything we should have been charged less for not getting the dessert and tea. Benihana has always been great in the past but this was a big disappointment. Terrible service! I can no longer recommend this restaurant to my friends and family!

The food was flavorless and the service sporadic ... they don't clean up the dirty plates .. the chef was distracted and food was not good ... Recommnedtion is know which chef to request ... we have had many good meals here .... Unfortunately not this time ... chef needs more training

Good service and good presentation. Food portions are smaller than before. Give it a 4 stars rating and will return. Clean and good service makes me return. Food is well prepared and presented

Valet was rude and tried to send me to park in the grocery store across the street. Eventually, they let me wait until someone else left to park my car. For $100 per person dinner, it's ridiculous to turn someone away from valet. The valet should go park it in the grocery store across the street if that's all that's available.

The saltiest food. Everything drenched in soy sauce and heavy garlic butter. The fried rice was dark dark brown. The spicy diablo dish with the noodles was super over cooked. It was like a plate of mush. Was very excited to go out for dinner but left with sodium overdose and disappointment. Management didn't help the problem , basically said it's my fault lol

As always we have a fun dinning experience here with family & friends. Everyone enjoyed the restaurant location and interiors. Attentive reception and service. Friendly chef and good cooking skills. Food always very good quality. It was a very delightful and memorable birthday dinner for myself and my best childhood friend. Love that they took a memory photograph for each of us to remember. We shall continue to dine here.

This was the most underwhelming and poor food and service experience from the second I walked thru the door. Given I was running late for my reservation. My res was for a whopping 3 ppl. The hosts immediately didn't want to seat me. My res was for outdoor seating which was nearly empty. The host went out of her way to inform me several times, “well if I seat you you can't order anything until everyone is here”. She was extremely unaccompdating and even tried to ignore me once. Upon sitting down... NO ONE came to my table not once to even bring a water. Even after my party arrived we were still sitting there for 20 minutes with no acknowledgment. Another server put in our orders and we waited another 45 mins.not to mention the food was awful. No taste. Terrible sushi. Even gyoza was awful. I will NEVER be back to ANY Benihana after this experience. It was my birthday which was noted, and of course that special occasion was also ignored. This was the largest waste of money. Kaitlin at the bar and William are the only reasons I gave 2 stars. They were really nice. If you're looking for a nice dining experience, please SKIP THIS ONE. Thank you Benihana for an absolutely awful experience from beginning to end.

My family & I love this location and been coming for years even prior to their renovation & rebrand. The chefs are amazing, they all cook way better & with your liking than any other location & hibachi restaurants. The waiters are friendly and give great service. The only problem is that the wait time to be seated can be long even with reservations. For example we had an 8:30pm reservation, arrived at 8:15 & wasn't seated until 10:15 & leaving until midnight. However, the food was worth it but definitely something they can work out.

I took my parents there because it's been a while since we've eaten there. The staff was all very friendly and helpful: Ani was an excellent server who was very efficient and got us what we wanted in a good time, and we had Carlos as our chef, and he put on a fantastic show and cooked our food perfectly. Can't wait to bring them back again!

We were seated and after waiting 20 minutes I went back up to the host desk to tell them we had not even had a water brought to our table, nevermind any drink/food order being taken. Service vastly improved after that. Cocktails were nice. Chef put on a good show and was interactive with my 8 year old niece, but the order was messed up for one person, another person found a hair in her rice, and my brother's shrimp fried rice had no shrimp in it. Also, food was waaaaaaay too buttery and 3 of us had upset digestion afterward. I would not recommend this place.

I recently visited and, unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The service was extremely slow, and despite the wait, the food arrived cold. I understand that delays can happen, but I would have appreciated more attentive service and properly heated food. I hope these issues can be addressed for future customers.

I was overall not pleased with my experience at this location, although I have visited this location several times. For starters, I had a reservation and still had to wait a significant amount of time to be seated seated. There was an additional wait of about 40 minutes for the cook to come to our table. Once there, he seemed terribly unprepared to cook and serve often going back to the kitchen to grab additional items before even starting. Once he started he made about two additional trips back to the kitchen ... once the food was made it was very bland not what I'm used to for a Benihana experience. The server was not great either - our drinks took long to come back as well as after ordering and the server forgot the juice I ordered for my daughter but added it to my bill. My reservation was at 8 — I didn't leave the restaurant until 1040. Very disappointing experience overall.

Great vibe, our chef woo was fire. He had great energy and the food tasted great. 3 stars for everything else. 8pm resi but Camry was backed up, walked in 8:10. Table wasn't ready so we went to the bar. They were slammed so it took about 8 minutes to get fretted but he was friendly and the drinks tasted great. We sat at 8:40. It took out server 10 min to great us and take our drink order. I didn't see my cocktail for 20 minutes. Dinner and show began at 9:40. By the time the food was done it was 10:10. My husband who had to work at 11p had to scarf his food and pay while still eating. 2.5 hours for hi hibachi is wild. Food was great but not worth the time spent. Hope they can improve this in the future. Staff was friendly and restaurant was clean.

It has been a while since we have had dinner there, before the remodeling. The place is absolutely beautiful! We did have to await a bit to get seated after our reservation time had passed but it was well worth the wait. Our chef, Fernando was amazing! Very enjoyable and the food was exceptional!!! Will definitely not wait so long before we return.
