Garbage. I missed their delivery by 3 minues because God forbid I had real life issues at the moment and couldn't answer immediately they decided to cancel my order. That's not all, I call weeks later and was told," I wont help you, you missed one delivery." They are overpriced anyways, ten bucks minimum over on any liquor you purchase. They are rude and their shitty bar shows as much.

We stopped by today for a couple of reasons. We needed a bottle of Casamigos tequila to take to a party this evening, and we wanted to see the new NBV location of Happy's Lounge and Liquor Store. I have heard for years that Happy's is a fun, casual, old school kind of bar that everyone has been to at least once. It is a neighborhood kind of bar where most of the patrons know each other. It has been around for years.It actually looks comfortable and welcoming inside. I took a few pics. They serve wine, beer, and cocktails. You can also get bar food like a Philly cheesecake that tastes really good. The menu is limited but has enough popular meals to make everyone happy!There is free parking in a large attached lot. They have outdoor dining on the patio. Smoking is allowed outside on the patio. There are other businesses around it. We plan to come back and have a Happy's experience.

Thank you for hosting our team fundraiser! We had a blast dressing up and supporting our favorite cause. Happy Stork was full of great energy, yummy food and delicious drinks! They even had a spin wheel for the brave ones who wanted to try a specialty drink. The staff was so nice,drinks were constant and plenty of parking close by. I love supporting local businesses, especially ones who treat you like family and help support our community!
Great little bar made terrible by the obnoxious jerk at the food counter. When I returned the hard-as-rock “desert” to ask for a warm-up to soften it, he accused me of cursing at him. Astonished, I objected but his unhinged persistence and threats finally earned him a well deserved up-yours. Can’t think he would act that way if I was a man. Recalled to mind my last visit and the sugary garbage I received from him on that occasion. Will not be back. Win-Win.

Service is great BUT if you order from the liquor store the prices are ridiculous a bottle of vodka that you can get for 13-14$ sells for 19-20$ you need to match prices to the market. Not ok.

There was a joke about the pre gentrification Happy's Stork that drinks were so cheap there that nine months after a round of drinks the stork would pay a visit. Located on the North Bay Village causeway and a quick hop over to full moon beach, the redeveloped Happy's still has the same dimly lit atmosphere, drinks and jukebox whether pregame, after party, or making it a night here. You can also take the party to go! That's right - they have a package store where you can take your bevvies for a drive. I met up with friends who started the party early here and even had upscale and tasty bar bites. I ended up getting here later and enjoyed a nightcap of a zacapa mojito & raising a toast with friends. Food wise, I can vouch for their fries and sweet bbq sauce!
