They've gotten a lot better about getting my order right. Ingredients are still kinda hit or miss but never terrible

Honestly you are better going to literally any other fast food around here

I like the staff at this McDonalds. The service has improved and the New McDonald's App makes ordering and going through the Drive-thru faster.

I once was a manager at McDonald's and these people did a good job. 😋

I arrived and placed my order in the drive thru. I ordered two happy meals, 6 cheeseburgers, and 10 piece chicken nuggets. I got up to the window and was given my drinks, but no straws. I sat at the window for at least 10 minutes before they finally came back ans asked me to pull up to the pick-up window #2. Still no straws. I pulled up to window two where I sat for another 10 minutes before someone finally brought my order out. I did not get the happy meal toys, my chicken nuggets were missing the fries were cold and still no straws. Luckily, I had an extra straw from Dunkin Donuts in my glove box! Im sorry, do better McDonald's.

Terrible service the third day in a row. I pull up to the drive-through and they take the second car that pulls up in the other lane first

Employees are more polite lately and I actually think some of the menu items have increased in quality. My quarter pounder with cheese had thicker patties today. The fries are always best when they're hot!

Rude server, fish was size of a small hockey puck- AWFUL- had to throw away cheese burgers and fish.
Will NEVER go back there again.

The stench in there was horrid, and the staff that were even there that day were absolutely ridiculous. I went in there alone and got only two big Macks, a large chocolate milkshake, large French fries, and a vanilla ice cream, and all of it was so overpriced, It should've been less than $10 for all of it. In fact, the food was so bad that it made my feet all wrinkly and old, and I'm only 75. Also, when I dropped my pacifier, I picked it up to find mold all over it.

Both times I have ordered from here they have messed up my order.

Closes its doors on a Friday afternoon. Had to wait 15 mins in the drive thru for a door dash

Cashier can't give customers ketchup while she's taking orders & everything she serves smells & tastes like the perfume she's wearing. Order was wrong, manager gave us cold apple pies instead of guava we ordered, then gave us half cooked pies and an attitude. Witnessed everal wrong orders while I waited for my pie and my original order grew cold. Horribly managed.

Left food off my order. When I came back to get it the manager stared at me silently while handing it to me and didn't apologize. Not surprised your employees can't get an order right

Went after the Deland Christmas parade,they were totally unprepared for how busy they were! The manager was very understandiing,rest of the staff not so much! At one point one of the girls at the counter says,with attitude "ya'll don't know your numbers!" Guy in the drink section odviosly not happy about being there! I get being shirt staffed, but customer service makes a difference.
