Both times I have ordered from here they have messed up my order.

Closes its doors on a Friday afternoon. Had to wait 15 mins in the drive thru for a door dash

Cashier can't give customers ketchup while she's taking orders & everything she serves smells & tastes like the perfume she's wearing. Order was wrong, manager gave us cold apple pies instead of guava we ordered, then gave us half cooked pies and an attitude. Witnessed everal wrong orders while I waited for my pie and my original order grew cold. Horribly managed.

Left food off my order. When I came back to get it the manager stared at me silently while handing it to me and didn't apologize. Not surprised your employees can't get an order right

Went after the Deland Christmas parade,they were totally unprepared for how busy they were! The manager was very understandiing,rest of the staff not so much! At one point one of the girls at the counter says,with attitude "ya'll don't know your numbers!" Guy in the drink section odviosly not happy about being there! I get being shirt staffed, but customer service makes a difference.

Worst experience ever! Made me wait in the driveway thru waiting spot for over ten minutes for a simple $5.00
Chicken n nuggets deal.
Fries were cold- extra salty!
When I was driving I had to put more attention to the sandwich not spilling the mayonnaise all over me! Never had so much Mayo on a simple sandwich.
Took over ten minutes and could not even get fresh fries!! 😞😞😞😞😞

They have gotten so overpriced. I can go sit down at a restaurant for the same price now but, still convenient is the key. This location is usually very busy and gets my food correct. Cleanliness could use work but, not badly dirty just messy and not regularly bussed tables.

Not so much on location but their App. Ordered thru the App. Allowed to order breakfeast and pay. Show up at the selected store 5 minutes after order was placed. The store is closed because hurricane coming. (Day before it even was within 400 miles.) How do I get my money back? Why the hell does the app let you order and pay? Wendy's a block away was open so ordered there. Multi billion dollar world wide corporation can't simply turn store off a closed location in the app. Taco Bell wont let you order if a store is not open. Researching and they did the same thing in North Carolina prior to hurricane Helene. Piss poor McDonalds. Im not lovin' it cause your slummin' it.
