It's McDonald's. If I eat at a place like this once a month, that's too much. But, we needed a quick bite of something and it was there. I will say they were fast, despite a long line. They were friendly too. But the food is still McDonalds and not worth the price. I guess if you like it, this one is better than a lot of them.

Easter Sunday and wish I never stopped at this McDonald's which was the worse service from manager and associate who swore at me and walked away after having to ask for a bag and paid extra .21 cents per sauce when bought 40? Never will I stop at such discrimination restaurant as this.Spend your money elsewhere friends!

Went through the drive thru. My offer was taken fine. Good service. When we pulled out and got on the road we realized they forgot a sandwich. We called and spoke with KIM. Assistant store manager. She apologized for the issues and said swing by the store again I'll make it right with a free meal. A couple days later she did. Above and beyond the job.

10:30 at night, trying to use my app to save money, app says my deals aren’t available to use during breakfast. whatever, tried using a 15% deal, gave the girl taking my order the code. she said it was already redeemed, whatever. reloaded it, a new code popped up. gave her the new code, app says that it got it. girl says that it still wasn’t popping up. pulled up to the window and showed her my app saying that it took my code, she says, “nothing i can do”.i used to work at a mcdonalds, and i think that’s inappropriate to tell a customer. you don’t know what to do? get a manager! especially when it comes to the app. she just stood there, shrug her shoulders, and waved me off. she was rude about it, too.at this point, im frustrated. i gave up and just paid, got my food and left. the burger was fine, but the fries were overcooked, not salted, and tasted like they sat for a good few minutes.i wouldn’t have cared if i could have used my $1 Medium fry deal, or even my 15%. or heck, a manager promoing something because my app wasn’t working.all i can say is, do better next time. im not usually one to leave bad reviews but this just doesn’t sit right for me.drove to the other location and the app is fine for them, it says it’s still dinner. had no problem using it. hopefully something can be done to fix this issue, it was extremely frustrating, though i know it’s no one’s fault. the girl’s poor conduct and customer service was the icing on top.

Ordered my food at 10:30 off the app for breakfast, ordered 2 burritos n a drink. AS SOON as i got there they immediately cancelled it and when i went to ask they simply said the time changed to lunch even tho i got notifications that my food was being made. Didnt get refunded yet it says reorder. very sad and

I know I shouldn’t expect much from McDonalds but tonight topped the cake for horrible experiences. I placed a mobile order at 9:09pm pulled in and entered the the space #4 at 9:21pm. I get a notification my order was on it way out. I waited 24 minutes before walking inside. There was several People waiting for DoorDash orders and orders. The manager was extremely rude when one customer tried to ask where their food was and tried to explain. They had been been waiting over 30 minutes. He said we have no orders and walked away. Another lady walked up and said well we do have one for space #4. So I walked up and she handed it to me. After briefly checking the order I was missing 4 fries, 3 drinks and sauce. I get home to find I’m also miss 20 nuggets. I called and the manager answered the phone… umm hello? Me asking if this was McDonalds the manager responded with uhhh yeah. After explaining what happened, he told me I can drive back up there and get my Missing food nuggets. Seriously? I waited, almost an hour for McDonalds 40% of my food was missing and someone didn’t get to eat dinner. The manager refused to give me his name and told me it’s not required by state law.How am I supposed to come in and get my missing nuggets? I don’t know who I spoke to. He refused to refund me for the nuggets, and only offered a credit. Not to mention the 30 other people who were standing there, waiting for food, who had said that they had been waiting for extended periods of time. Hopefully someone talks to the manager because he has horrible customer service skills and obviously no management skills whatsoever.

The chicken sandwich was so over deep fried that I could not eat it- horrible. The fish sandwich was also over cooked but edible. Both sandwiches had the fixings mostly in the box, not on the sandwich. Horrible kitchen staff and supervision. You need to start over!!! I hate to see a McDonalds quality fall below the pathetic Burger King.

If they are gonna make me enter my order on a screen, the least they can do is take the cash and deliver the order. I had to ask several people walking by the register to take the cash. We waited 15 minutes to get drinks after ice cream was melting. We passed 2 mcds to get to this one. I won't do that again.
