this location really has bad leadership on the evening shift. the manager is too young, or too incompetent to handle this location. I had to travel a mile and a half to pick up my order because it was delivered cold and seemed like it sat in the driver's car for hours. very disappointed and will be reversing my payment...
This location gave the worst service ever, on May 21, 2021. For 2 hours they told me the pizza would be "there in 25 minutes", only to never arrive and find out they canceled my order. They CANCELED my order and lied, more than once, about when it would arrive. I've never had an experience like this from this location. The manager never did what a manager should do. He never took over to make this right. The girl answering the phone was uneducated on her job....read full review
