Very incompetent team members, and the management is worse. They didn't bother making sure they had change for any amount of cash. I needed just over $20 in change they didn't have any so they canceled my order that was already being made. My prior visit I ordered a pizza with extra cheese and there wasn't enough on it to cover the sauce on the pizza as well as 8 tiny pieces of sausage. It seems they will do anything to cut corners to defraud the customer of paid for food.

The Worst Dominos pizza I've ever had.. Ordered large with extra sauce.. received hardly any sauce at all.Ordered extra Pepperoni and extra cheese.. Received very sparse pepperoni and hardly any cheese at all.. Pizza was under cooked and doughy.. I ordered through the app. Was told it should be ready in 15 minutes. I took 20 minutes to get there and after I parked I looked at my phone and still had 10 minutes before it was going to be ready. Once it said it was ready I hit the button saying I am here for curbside delivery. I waited at least 5 or 8 minutes and I hit the button again, this time I got a pop-up saying to call this number. I called the number and the fella that answer never gave me a chance to say anything and put me on hold after several minutes of being on hold a young lady picked up the phone I explained to her I was there for my curbside delivery and she instantly brought my pizza out. Drove home only to find the worst excuse for a pizza.

I ordered by Uber eat a pacific veggie add pineapple but a Hawaiian pizza was delivered. Uber told me to call the restaurant, the restaurant didn't care and told me to call Uber. Finally Uber refunded me $4.31 but paid for this order $ 21.36. Very bad experience for the 2nd time in this location the 1st was burn.

This place has completely went to shit the food is absolutely disgusting and been that way for awhile now burnt no toppings dry as a bone probably the absolute worst store to order from I switched to papa John’s and have been so satisfied with it but they were closed today so decided to give it a try again and yea definitely should have went with lil Caesar’s

Made a few orders from this store and it’s a headache every time between the drivers supposedly not having your address and just bring your order back to the store to they constantly forget your drinks and sauce cups they think it’s no big deal but when people order pizza it’s usually because they had a long day and decided to pay 30-50 dollars at there establishment for the conveniency bet yet they lack the level of making it convenient for the client my suggestion for this franchise location is to slow down and get the order done the right way you being a extra 5 minutes faster then the next pizza shop isn’t getting you anywhere when you mess up peoples orders.

We ordered a large pizza and the pizza was DISGUSTING and not even really warm. The crust was hard and the pizza tasted like it had sit for a long while. I have ordered before and never had this issue. I wasted $22.00. As fast as the delivery was our pizza should have been STEAMING HOT. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE

Service sucks in the North Fort Myers location they shorted me $15 worth of food however when I call they put me on hold for 20 minutes before I find the hung up. A manager wouldn't even get on the phone they had me talking to some assistant assistant manager. Absolutely zero stars from me.

Ordered a half cheese half green pepper and a half cheese half sausage and got a green pepper and a sausage. Also tracker told me it was done 15+ mins before they gave me my food. One time when I went in, the store was completely empty

Tried to order a deal online but couldn’t get it to work so I called the store and they told me I had to order it online for deal price but couldn’t tell me how to order it online because it didn’t give me the option to choose the pizza I wanted. So I just ordered from Pizza Hut instead
