This location is the worst. They did not want to serve me at 9:30PM even tho they close at 11:00 PM, she said they had a hard they and they wanted to close early. She had to serve me, and when I said 3 milkshakes, she gave me attitude. She took 30 minutes to make them. More people came in, and there were 3 more employees that all they were doing was cleaning to close early and did not attend the clients.Then another employee came from inside to take a taste of ice cream in front of all the people waiting and left.The franchise should take this location away from the franchisee. The manager must be worst ever. Head quarters need to do something about it. I did a complaint last year with them, but I guess they don't care either. This place is full of lazy employees.Hey Manager, get your store under control or quit.

They close at 11pm and I got there at 920pm for 3 chocolate shakes. The girl said they were busy all day and didn't want to serve. They had cleaned up. My husband said come on 3 shakes. She looked over at the rest of the women standing around talking and looked at us annoyed. I told my husband lets go and walked out. He said no way. They're open until 11 and it's early enough. The worst customer service is at this place. Staff is ridiculously lazy. As one employee was leaving she took a spoon of ice cream into her mouth and walked out. The econd time and last time.

Horrible experience. I ordered a cake two days in advance for 1 pm. I showed up at 2:30 just in case the cake was late, and it wasn't made at all. I told them I had an order confirmation code, and they told me they just never made it and couldn't give me a refund in store. 0/5 stars

Rondel was being really rude didn't give us the right drink when we told him about him he just made a face he walk away and forgot to put whip cream and caramel on my cappuccino blast, when he did the he didn't do right way and when I ask him about he said that how it's is and he wasn't going to change it Im going post a picture of when I got my drink how it's look like yall think this correct way it's not I always order cappuccino blast before it is always the same way he just didn't want to do it and he didn't even say sorry of way he speaking to me and hudband y'all really need to talk to Rondel of the way he speak to people

They advertise a close time of 10pm but chose to lock their doors at 8:45 pm on the day that I went with my family. However, there were already people in the store when we were told to go through the drive-through. We proceeded to the drive-through where the horrid treatment continued, and to add insult to injury, they later let another couple in after they had told me and my family that they were only serving via drive-through. When my husband tried to question the staff on why we were not allowed in the store, they began yelling at him and mocking him while telling us to leave. By far the worst Baskin Robbins visit I've ever experienced.

There's nothing like a nice mint chocolate chip ice cream scoop on a sugar cone. I stopped here on my way back home and the lady behind the counter was quick on fulfilling my order. The ice cream was creamy and very flavorful. The company is well known for its "31 flavors" slogan, with the idea that a customer could have a different flavor every day of any month. The current logo includes a stylized "31" formed from the letters "B" and "R".
The staff here is always rude and acts as if people coming in are bothering them. I come in at least once a month, and very rarely greet me when I walk in. I have to say hello first to be helped and acknowledged. I say Please and Thank You and the staff only communicates to say my total to pay. Rude, impolite, dismissive— my last time was today.
