They close at 11pm and I got there at 920pm for 3 chocolate shakes. The girl said they were busy all day and didn't want to serve. They had cleaned up. My husband said come on 3 shakes. She looked over at the rest of the women standing around talking and looked at us annoyed. I told my husband lets go and walked out. He said no way. They're open until 11 and it's early enough. Horrible experience. I ordered a cake two days in advance for 1 pm. I showed up at 2:30 just in case the cake was late, and it wasn't made at all. I told them I had an order confirmation code, and they told me they just never made it and couldn't give me a refund in store. 0/5 stars
