Messed up order. Called order in to replace it and willing to pay.
Delivery guy sent order to wrong place called to let them know. Had absolutely no help with delivering the order.
Just kept saying sorry. Didn’t try to replace it or do anything.
Just sorry. Because the service is sorry. As a manager the least you can do is say hey I’ll send out the order again. I would have paid. But, doesn’t understand the meaning of customer service.
New place in town, family owned and operated. It is always hard to find a good slice of 🍕 pizza and well, we did right here. Not to mention the daily specials, love the salads super fresh and delish. We have tried a variety of dishes and everything has been really good - try the wings, try everything!
