They sell cooked food. They have a seafood section and a meat section. I don't buy certain meat items there. They have ground produce along with Caribbean and Hispanic food items and seasonings. Their fruits are sometimes overpriced such as grapes and strawberries, this is not the place for that.

Carribean type grocery store woth a large fresh seafood counter and butcher shop with rows of frozen seafood coolers. Larhe meat department and prices that can't be beat. Huge selection of spices and if you like hot sauce they have a bit of a selection also. I'll be moving out of state and I'll sure miss them when I do.
