The food was good, but the service was awful. The servers all had their airpords on and they weren’t listening to what we were saying. When it was time to pay we explained that we had 2 checks and they didn’t listen to us, so they swiped the card and made someone pay for everyone (that server had airpods on too, so the communication was very bad). Not the best recommendation

Dom showed excellent service last night! She was attentive, and checked on us throughout our time there. She was sweet and greeted us with a smile! Food came out fresh and hot. I haven’t had crab legs in a while, and they were so so good! 10/10 would recommend!

I love this place. Been coming here for about an year and a half and the service along with the food is always perfect. Theyre super nice and quick with refills and bringing your food.

I recently visited Mr. and Mrs. Crab on McNab Road with my son, and it was an outstanding experience! We ordered the S-5 Big Eats and an order of fried calamari. The service was exceptional—friendly and prompt, making us feel right at home.

The highlight of our meal was definitely the seafood broil with the Mr. and Mrs. Crab special sauce. The flavors were incredible, and the seafood was cooked to perfection. The positive reviews I read beforehand were spot on, and I'm so glad I decided to give this place a try. I can't wait to go back and enjoy another delicious meal!

Visiting from up north and my friend wanted to try this place.

Our server was so pleasant and made the experience worthwhile!

The food is not as seasoned as expected. It was pretty oily and not spicy for them to have a “warning” label for their spice levels. However, I was hungry, and I tore my food up! The corn was good, the headless shrimp were properly deveined. The food was HOT and came out quick!

They were setting up for a birthday party - DJ, moving the chairs together in the main lobby area, etc. and it got to a point where I couldn’t enjoy the conversation with my friend. BUT that was out of our control.

EDIT: I would recommend - SHAKE YOUR BAG!!!! That helps even out the seasoning but it still wasn’t spicy lol Franks is hotter than the medium I had😂
