No sense of urgency with orders. Everyone is on top of everyone like a pack of hotdogs . You’re waiting over a hour just for pate. I’m never coming back

You make an online order, it takes forever more than 1 hour to be ready.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I called ahead and was told to come in. I left work early and drove nearly an hour, only to be told by the cashier that she would not take my order. She then accused me of lying and claimed I never called. I even showed her my call log as proof that I had spoken with someone, but she remained extremely rude and dismissive. My family has been coming here for years, but after this experience, we will never return.

I placed an order for a pate kode and it took over hour to be ready and when it finally came out it was cold. I even called the bakery ahead of time to make sure they don’t take long and they still took forever.
Horrible place to order food from.
Poor customer service.
This establishment needs to upgrade their business model ASAP.

P.S
I wish I could’ve gave them -100 stars

If you come here please have plenty of time on your hand to wait. The wait times are ridiculous! No menu out in the restaurant so you just have to know what they have available 🙄 no one in here moves with urgency, it’s like everyone here is moving in slow motion.

My first and last time visiting this place!

The pates are good and they have a kiosk where you can order your food. I tip my hat off to them for integrating the latest technology. However, just like every other Haitian establishment they have poor customer service. I drove all the way from Miami to see what the hype was all about only to be disappointed. There was a long line of people who already ordered and were just waiting. I stepped outside to answer a phone call that lasted less than 10 minutes and when I came back the person that ordered before me was gone which meant my number was next. I asked the lady behind the counter if my order number 51 was called and she told me I don't know 🤷🏾‍♀️ and I was like how don't you know? How do you have a kiosk where people can place their orders but don't have a monitor or a system to alert customers when they're order is ready. I waited an additional 10 minutes for a gentleman to come from the back to ask if my order was ready and he said yes and handed me my 6 patties. And guess what, they were no longer warm 😔. I think I'll be dead before I'm able to find a busy Haitian establishment with good customer service 🤦🏾‍♂️
