I had an amazing experience with Coach Angela and Coach Valerie. From the moment I walked in, they were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and genuinely invested in helping me. They took the time to guide me through everything step by step, making sure I fully understood my health and wellness journey.

They conducted a BMI assessment for me and helped create a personalized plan tailored to my goals, which made me feel confident and motivated moving forward. Their knowledge and ability to break things down in a simple, informative way really stood out.

On top of that, they gave me a full tour and explained all the different products they offer, making it easy to see how everything ties into achieving better health. And I can’t forget to mention the incredible strawberry blueberry cheesecake smoothie—made by the lovely Ms. Valerie—which was absolutely delicious and the perfect touch to the whole experience.

Overall, I felt truly taken care of, supported, and inspired. I highly recommend Coach Angela and Coach Valerie to anyone looking to take control of their health with guidance from people who genuinely care.

Not only are the shakes and teas always delicious and fresh, but the positive energy in this place is unmatched. Over the years, they’ve remembered my orders, checked in on my goals, and always taken the time to have real conversations.

It’s rare to find a place that stays consistent for a whole decade, but they truly have. So grateful to have found them 10 years ago — and I’ll definitely keep coming back! 💚

Truly went above & beyond to ensure I had the best experience possible not only was she friendly and welcoming but she also took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and made the perfect shake recommendation.....
What impressed me the most was when Angela offered me a sample of a new flavor to help me decide & how she perfectly customized my order based on my dietary needs .. they noticed that my hands were full and brought my order out to my car the attention to detail and genuine care made all the difference this level of service is rare and definitely deserves five stars highly recommend SHOUT. OUT TO Angela..... Big ups to New York

It’s always a pleasure to visit north Lauderdale wellness center the staff are always upbeat and greet you with a warm welcome to the club they offer the best nutrition to start your day with a positive energy and a healthy breakfast definitely will recommend you to visit north Lauderdale wellness center and try the tea they have lots of different flavors and my favorite is the raspberry yummy yummy also my favorite shake is cookie &cream .
