“My brother and I had an unplanned lunch together at SeaSide Subs today, and we shared the Paradise and the Hot & Hazy...what a treat!! Wow!! Both were excellent, and the Paradise may be the BEST sandwich that I've EVER eaten!! 😲 As usual, Dawn & Andrew were super friendly and nice...thank you!! Get your butt to The Cove Plaza in Deerfield Beach and eat at SeaSide Subs...you'll thank me... GUARANTEED!!“

“Carnivore bowl + chicken = perfect fitness fuel & the Tangy = ultimate cheat meal. THIS PLACE is a hidden gem. The staff members (do they own the place?) they run it as if they do. “Stayed at a nearby hotel that had way overpriced breakfast. Found this place while walking, looking for other options. Happy to have found a cheaper healthier option. My 2 girls loved the acai bowls. The smalls were perfect for them. My latte was very good and the breakfast burrito was perfect. Staff was very pleasant and clearly love what they do. Was great to hear excited screams from the back as a worker arrived that the other hadn't seen for a bit.“

“The amosphere here was great 👍 the place was very clean, has outdoor and indoor seating. The service was awesome too 10/10. The food you can tell is made with quality ingredients and with your health in mind. I was able to get a sample of the soup before ordering and was given a dessert to try at home later and boy was I surprised at how delicious and filling it was, Yum 😋. I hope to be coming back here soon ! We need more health conscious restaurants nowadays. May my Lord and Savior Jesus bless you all ❤️“

I popped in for a quick bite and left with a full belly, a satisfied palate, and a new favorite go-to. I ordered the Protein Bowl (hold the cilantro), and it was absolutely delicious. Every bite was a fresh, clean burst of flavor — you could taste the quality and care in every ingredient. Perfectly balanced, vibrant, and hearty without being heavy. I genuinely couldn’t stop eating it! It hit that sweet spot between nourishing and crave-worthy, which is no easy feat when it comes to health-forward fare. “I finally got to try their food. It is amazing. I sampled shrimp with the garlic sauce. They knocked this out of the park. I also had the Cuban sandwich with pulled pork, wow! If you go, be sure to buy the garlic sauce and use it for cooking, on top of steaks, chicken, or pork. I am going back there very soon.“

Nothing but great things to say about them- even their bathrooms were clean (nice suprise when I had to make an unscheduled stop).“

“Super friendly staff, always providing fast service with a quick turnaround. The place is very clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated with an elegant touch. The staff is truly amazing—welcoming and attentive. Parking can be a bit tricky since it’s located on the edge of the market, but if you visit during non-peak hours, it’s much easier to find a spot. Plus, the 20-minute parking space for pickups and deliveries is a great convenience. Highly recommended!“

We’ve gone when it’s been slow, as well as when busy and understaffed and were well taken care of each time. The restaurant is also very clean. The food has been so delicious!
