“I tried this restaurant when it opened...everything is always fresh. The waiters are always friendly and pleasant.I've tried several buffets and this one and its "cousin" Miyako are the best buffets in South Florida.Absolutely everything is always fresh and of the highest quality, no matter what the dish... the sushi is always fresh (if you want to eat raw fish, you have to trust them), the salads, crab legs, shrimps etc... I never had the impression that I was eating leftovers from the day before... I recommend it with my eyes closed.“
“What was already a pricey buffet went up $5 per person recently. As buffets go, I'd rate it as fair. As far as hot food (in chafing dishes) there's usually 2 or 3 choices. A fried or baked fish (the lightly fried cod was outstanding this evening) meatballs in red sauce and one other Italian dish (like chicken parmagiana which is usually not great), a variety of potato, nice blend of roasted veggies. There's a nice fresh shellish area with shrimp, mussels and clams. A "salad type" station with potato salad and 2 or three other items. The stir fry station rotated out. One of my fav's. Excellent fall off the bone ribs, chorizo and roasted veggies at the hot food serving area. Desserts are mediocre and the 3 basic ice cream flavors. Service usually attentive and friendly, but then again, it is a buffet.“
“So glad we found this gem. For the cost of one entree at any surrounding restaurant, you get a delicious buffet with everything from made to order grilled mahi mahi to a chocolate fountain. The wait staff were very nice and we were able to sit outside!“
“We came during the day, so there wasn’t a crowd. Lots of vendors, but they all really had the same things. The strawberry lemonades from La Fiebre were delicious!! They make them right when you order blending everything in front of you. The plater from Gustos was great also“

Share the incident where you asked about taking dessert, emphasizing the unwelcoming staff response. Add that, as a professional chef, you found this surprising. Include the staff repeatedly asking you to leave while still not finishing our dessert, despite available tables, due to the upcoming dinner service.“
