Ive been here 2 times at different times and have gotten attended by different women & the service and attention is horrible I said thank you when I ordered and after I got my food and they just close the window on me and not even say hello and rolled their eyes at me, no wonder this place has no stars I worked in fast food and I know if I did this I would’ve gotten told something.

Terrible service, the lady who serves looks like she has a stone in her hand, all mad at reason, they are always alone there, no one likes the bad service they give there. I also have a pickup order and they say they have no idea how long it's going to take and I've been waiting for 30 minutes and it doesn't come out, you touch the window and they act like no one exists. Very bad service

The T-Pain burger was dry. The fries was cold and hard. The chicken nuggets was dry and cold does not taste like it and it doesn’t look nothing like the picture. The food was horrible. I won’t buy them for $14 and some change. No thank you have a nice day

I'm rating only the service because I wasn't able to eat or even order because the lady that was working September 7, 2024 around 11am decided not to come to the window and take my order . She didn't even bother to acknowledge I was standing there waiting for her to take my order. This checkers is the worst by far I have ever been too and the times a friend or family has actually bought food here its been cold and not good at all . I think they should fire the whole staff and under go new management. They need to train and re train the ppl they decide to have represent this fast food restaurant because this location is failing in all aspects. I will not recommend even eating here anymore because the staff is rude and unprofessional and the food is even worse. I've always have order at checkers because I love the Fry here but not at this location because even with that they have failed. The owner of this franchise must pay more attention to this location because the employees they have are going to run it to the ground and I bet they aren't even making the numbers they should because it's location is one where they can be making top dollars but if the ppl you hire are giving bad services and not even trying to take orders from customer then how you expect to make any money at all. Employees who hide or ignore customer for they won't have to work should be fired immediately because why work there at all if you don't like your job .
I ordered two apple pies and when I went to pick it up they said they didn't have any and told me I couldn't get anything else and told me I couldn't get my rewards refunded so no food and no refund of rewards unacceptable
