Horrible. I ordered food here tonight and it was cold and fries were soggy after being asked to pull over and wait because they would be fresh. Apple pies were cold and dried out . Bread on fish sandwich was hard and fish was rubbery and don't get me started on the tenders. Completely unacceptable the only thing I was able to salvage was the cherry coke . I am highly disappointed and unsatisfied. I usually visit this location but this is the third time in a row and I'm not into wasting my money.

I don’t even know how Checkers manages to mess up a three-item order, but somehow they did. The wait time was ridiculous — I sat there for 30 minutes. Way longer than anyone should for FAST FOOD. When I finally got my food, not only was the order wrong, but the workers seemed totally lost and incoherent like they had no idea what was going on. If you can’t handle a simple order, maybe don’t work the window. Their corporate manager has to go something about this because clearly the store manager cannot. Do better, Checkers — this was excessively embarrassing.

I would give this Checkers NO stars. Pulled up couldn’t even get the order out before the person on the speaker started getting smart because I asked about the GLO da P meal. Made me realize why I stopped coming to this checkers. Smh never again. I nicely left. They will be closed down soon

I went to get the $2 box because I was running late for work. Got the box and a apple pie.. when to work the bite was hard as a rock and my fries was cold.. it does not matter how much people spend. People should get fresh food of they at paying. It was barely any customers. So I not understanding why my food was was cold.my order was simple. They customer service socks.. NEVER GREETED ME JUST TAKE MY ORDER. AND GAVE ME THAT HARD FOOD LIKE THEY RE Dropped them multiple time. it was a short skinny girl with dreads and short dark skin dude in the kitchen. I CAME AROUND 4:07PM-4:17PM. If I wasn't running late I would have came. Needs new staff asap

Spicy chicken was hard, overcooked, looked burnt. It was edible though. The wait time in the drive through was 25 min, before I could order. I spoke to 3 people over the speaker before I was confident they had my order. It seems the staff at this time 16:40 on 7/25/25 need retraining. The whole idea of drive through is speed. There was a man begging near the driver's window. That should not be allowed. Thanks

Good Afternoon today I was at your location ordering my lunch. I had the absolute best Double Fish sandwich Ever. As a waited at the window i watched them pull .y fish from the frier. Thanks for a wonderful fish sandwich. Everything was Fresh and chrispy, just as if I caught it myself.
