Chill-N Ice Cream Aventura

I love this icecream, number 1 in Aventura.

This place has black mold and fruit flies EVERYWHERE, i’m pretty sure thats cross contamination… I dont think it safe to even STEP in here. Come at your own risk.

Horrible costumer service. They look like they’re forced to work there, hair everywhere, they don’t wear anything on the head so you see hair flying all over .
The girls are super rude , after we eat our icecream we got inside to buy some water bottles and they told us they were closing and we couldn’t buy. Get better employees

Okay they got me with their "science". It's the smoothest and creamiest ice cream I've ever had, but with a density to it that only adds to the succulence.

Beware, it does take a bit of time for them to work the liquid nitrogen alchemy and deliver the ice cream, but it's 100% worth it.

Please open a location in Lower Merion Pennsylvania.

The ice cream is absolutely delicious but what really tops it is the amazing service!! Matthew was so thoughtful in answering any questions I had and I ended up having a red velvet and matcha ice cream. Both were super good! I’m definitely coming back!!!!!

i went in and ordered with friends and the woman rolled her eyes and smacked her leg because we were "taking too long" for her when there was NO ONE in the store. extremely disappointed and will NEVER. come back.

After driving for almost an hour, when I arrived at 6 pm, the employee told me it was closed and the hours on the door and online said close at 10 pm.

I love their ice cream because of its unique texture unlike any other ice cream. It's so creamy and delicious. Lots of toppings and flavors to choose from. While it might not be for everyone I would 100% recommend it.

Parking: It's pretty hard to find parking because the plaza is always busy, but if you come later in the evening it's not that crowded.
