On 4/6 the evening staff were perfect! They assisted me in such a kind way while supporting my kiddo with allergies with their order. I am impressed and my heart is full. Thank you Jeremiah. My daughter was able to enjoy her ice cream.
Ice cream was great. The woman making the ice cream (Monday night around 6pm) was working so hard. People continuously were coming up to her and being impatient/rude and she responded to every person professionally and positively! She had more patience than I could in that situation!
I love the ice cream here, but the service today was disappointing. Even though there were only two customers and three employees, no one greeted us. They just assumed we knew to use the kiosks to order. To make matters worse, the staff looked quite unprofessional.
Customer service is SO bad. Workers do not care enough for my money. Ice cream is okay.

Visited today for my birthday reward and I was truly impressed and pleased with the service I received from both Marina and Vanessa! They were both extremely warm hearted, kind and professional! They deserve all the recognition for their outstanding service and hard work.🩷🩷

i just had the absolute best cookies and cream ice cream with. perfect amount of oreo combination. all done by the amazing worker jaylen, helping me with absolutely every annoying question i asked her. also gianni was amazing in helping me when my card didn’t work at the register. both amazing servers and im obsessed w the place and the service! thank you chilln for hiring such sweet souls 💕
