I was at another Dunkin donut where the service & coffee was horrendous. The girls didn’t want to make me the coffee again for the third time so I decided to head to this Dunkin and explain the mistreatment to Samondra and they made an exception and made me an iced caramel coffee at no cost. Thank you so much for your kindness and great attitude! Hopefully Dunkin donut corporate sees that they are an exceptional employee!

I order through drive thru and the girl who attended me was rude and not customer service friendly at all, i order a Boston kreme donut and she gives me a plain donut the order girl notice and she helped me and then my coffee was plain and it didnt have any type of vanilla flavor i had to go back and the girl was like i asked you and i told her i always get everything done right at that same location and i guess her manager the guy wearing a blue shirt was telling me customers always ask for sugar the point is he tried adding more syrup to my coffee and it wasn’t right i literally told him to throw it away because what he should have done the first time was redo the whole thing. The young girl needs customer service training because she was too distracted on her phone the first time.

Very disappointed, associate did not greet me and had her back towards me the entire 5 minutes that I was inside with her AirPods in. Did not say a word to me. Also the donut selection was so poor some flavors trays were empty and none of the donuts were labeled. I had to guess what the specialty donut was myself. Would not recommend to visit here until things change.

This Place is Trash, I ordered a chicken croissant that suppose to had bacon on it, Got My order no bacon, the bread was hard, the order took forever! Close this DD ASAP!

This dunkin is horrible. You order something and pay for it, then that’s when they tell you they don’t have it. There’s countless time I ordered from here and half of the menu is not even available and it was early in the morning.

This is by Far the slowest location I have been to. Waited 10 minutes just to order, even though there were no cars in front of me and 5 lined up behind me as I waited to order. After finally receiving my order, I had to wait an extra 5 minutes to get my receit that I had to Ask for. If your goal is to be late to work or destination, then this is the perfect location for you.

How can a new location be so bad so fast?! I ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese and a hot coffee. The bagel was not toasted and extremely stale, not edible at all. The coffee was also not done as I requested. Just a bad experience overall.

Though the employee was very helpful and tried to do her best, she was a bit overwhelmed, it is really maddening that she should be required to handle the drive thru as well as the front counter all by herself. Been here multiple times and whoever the older female is taking the orders at the drive thru speaker is always rude. Don't know what her deal is, but if life is making you so miserable to have that attitude all the time the problem is you. ?
