I was at another Dunkin donut where the service & coffee was horrendous. The girls didn’t want to make me the coffee again for the third time so I decided to head to this Dunkin and explain the mistreatment to Samondra and they made an exception and made me an iced caramel coffee at no cost. Thank you so much for your kindness and great attitude! Hopefully Dunkin donut corporate sees that they are an exceptional employee!
I order through drive thru and the girl who attended me was rude and not customer service friendly at all, i order a Boston kreme donut and she gives me a plain donut the order girl notice and she helped me and then my coffee was plain and it didnt have any type of vanilla flavor i had to go back and the girl was like i asked you and i told her i always get everything done right at that same location and i guess her manager the guy wearing a blue shirt was telling me customers...read full review
