If you are in the area . Shoot even if you're far, as long as you're free to stop at this well oriented hidden gem I ENCOURAGE you to do so . I've been eating here for 1 year from day one was highly satisfied HEADS UP if you do go , Please don't rush your food , I'd rather wait however long for good food than to wait long for food that won't satisfy me . Besides you're waiting for a reason . Everyone who's ever tried it loved it so the place is always busy . You won't be disappointed. !!ALL Staff are very nice patient and kind . My favorite staff workers are Mrs.Marie and Ms.Nesha they are always working hard and super kind and patient . Ms. Marie was going to give me a refund for a mistake that happened with the order I could not and did not accept it the food and customer service I receive has always been enough . Thank you family cuisine for being true to your name . Btw I eat everything off the menu , Yet this day I purchased a pork chop comple Thabk you Mrs. Marie and Nesha , Now a days it's really hard to find good food and customer service. I really appreciate you guys . Do you deserve to be awarded for best Haitian Cuisine in north Miami . I'm from here and I haven't tasted any competition yet . Been coming here a lot recently. What a great Haitian restaurant I've stumbled across. I needed food for my father's birthday and decided to use their services. The food is a little on the expensive side but it's worth every penny.

Food is definitely good, however service is slow. Even after calling in and ordering 30 minutes ahead, and arriving after another 25 minutes, the food is never ready. They need a better system to efficiently deliver better customer service. Sigh. I'll continue to eat here only because the food is good.

Hands down haitian restaurant! My only observation is the fried chicken taste American. Nothing Haitian at all, even the taste is different. But I understand they wanna appeal other cultures as well and though did a variation with how they make the fried chickens.But since the pandemic, I don’t think they longer allow people to sit inside. It’s only take food and go which I got no problem with.But overall, food is delish and workers are nice and friendly.

The food is without a doubt a 5 stars. Sadly today its a 3 stars due to their scamming tendency for a few dollars. My facility always order their $35 fried fish so I did the same. Things appeared awkward when I asked the prices for the fish today I was quoted $40 & $45. I asked did they have any $35 and was told yes. I ordered & asked how long it would be ready. I was told 20 minutes, although she didn't ask for my name I gave it to her. Well after 35 minutes a co-worker went to pick up the food only to be told a lie, that they called to let me know only $40 fish were available and if I wanted it it'll be an additional 15 minute wait. This is unacceptable the lie and the delay is Haitian restaurant signature. Haitian menu is never consistent. This is why supporting my people is very difficult.
This is my choice for Haitian cuisine in Miami, the food is delicious and the prices are reasonable. They don’t always understand me when I call in my order but they make sure they get it before I hang up and when they say 20 minutes it’s 20 minutes. I always have the fried turkey, rice and beans and
