I haven’t been to this place in at least 7 years. I came back from New York and the quality is still the same. I didn’t get a chance to take a pic because I was too busy eating the food. The plantains were crispy and fresh. The oil was clean and the fried chicken doesn’t have a weird aftertaste. What’s the secret to keeping the plantains crispy for so long?

Best service, food and atmosphere. This is the best restaurant to buy Haitian cuisine. It's family owned and the food is DELICIOUS! The owner and his wife work really hard and still provide great customer service, everyone is hands on. Its a shame I don't live as close to here but I will always take the drive for delicious, authentic Haitian food. Family Cuisine is a hidden gem serving the best Haitian food. The food is made fresh to order and is absolutely delicious. Despite sometimes having to wait, customers don't mind because of the amazing flavors. The staff is kind and patient, providing excellent customer service. Regular customers visit multiple times a week and highly recommend trying the pork chop. The restaurant is always busy, with everyone loving the food. If you're in the area, make sure to stop by for a satisfying meal that won't disappoint. Family Cuisine truly lives up to its name, providing great food and service that keeps customers coming back for more. The food is outstanding and the prices are exceptional. The vibe there is fantastic. They delivered great service and delicious food, and everyone loved the food. The griot simple is so delicious. The food is good, the ambiance is also good.
