Farofa Taste Of Brazil

The food was ok we had steak an 8 piece order. The empanadas were average will skip next time. There was a live band. I walked in with the family the place atmosphere is nice. They were playing the world cup game, but be aware it's very expensive. They charged me 20 dollars entrance fee just for walking in the place which they never told us. They hit you 18% tip to the house and then the extra tip to the server.. but the plates were pricey and they never told us about an entrance fee, which was flaky and dishonest.. liked the servers but not worth 300 dollar for rice and beans and some stake.. I am sure there are other more reasonable options

An excellent place to get affordable meat... a huge variety of sides, and their passion fruit mousse dessert is delicious! I used to go to their location at Coral Way and 122nd Avenue, but unfortunately, they closed that one. Incredible service—Highly recommended!

The food is good and reasonably priced. They offer a varied selection of combination meals for the lite to hardy eater. I recommend this establishment.

Went there a couple of weeks ago. We missed it because we use to go to the one South. But it closed permanently after covid. They need another location closer south, maybe soon. Always enjoyed their food!

Food seasoning way far of from Brazil. This Sazon season killed it. 20min to get a food on a BBQ Brazilian place os insane. Place was dirty too

The whole staff is nice (5 stars to red hair boy) and cookers the best. Food and service were outstanding. Fernanda was very amicable and pleased to explain. Thanks

I am Brazilian but it is not a Brazilian food anymore. I used to like since they opened but the food and the prices are hard to swallow from a couple of months ago. I think they change the management, or something happened that I won’t be back over there anymore and so my fruends and family 😡😡😡

Was a loyal customer until today. I came in today after kayaking with my service animal at Oleta river state park. When I came in I was immediately asked to leave because of my dog. When I explained to what seemed to be the owner that my dog is a service animal he said he doesnt care and that he doesnt want my business. Even had the audacity to ask my ailments that caused me to get him certified. The level of disrespect and lack of human decency is beyond me. I wasnt even ordering to eat inside I was ordering to go.

After one year of being a loyal customer I vow to never go back. I was treated so disrespectfully and was humiliated in front of 2 new customers I was talking about farofa all day to.

A true disgrace. Thankfully My friends convinced me to go to Birria Bar next door and they greeted us with so much love and even gave my pup some water. They even offered to accommodate us inside.

I felt humiliated and discriminated against. Will never recommend anyone to go there and will never go back myself. But thanks to this experience Birria Bar earned themself a new loyal customer. Ill never again bring my business or recommend farofa to anyone

Very disappointing experience at Farofa. The food is good, but the service ruined it.

I was approached by a woman (apparently the manager) who falsely claimed my daughter’s service dog barked — which is not true. My dog only hurt his paw on the table. We’ve been here multiple times and I always respect the rules. I would never bring a dog if it wasn’t a service animal.

Her attitude was unprofessional and confrontational, making the situation uncomfortable and unnecessary.

I wouldn’t come back because of this. Management seriously needs improvement.

Not very inviting to non Spanish speaking people, the food was Ok, nothing crazy. I think I got the poops after this anyway, had the flank steak, rice and beans. Not friendly at all but came because someone recommended as we were going thru town on a road trip. Seems to get a steady flow of people but price for what you get is severely skewed. Oh well, next!
