Seems like they made my food 20 minutes before I ordered it. This was 5:30am in the morning. It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t served hot, more like lukewarm. This was the first time I stopped at this location because it was on my way to my new job. Will give other McDonald’s a chance before I come back to this one.

This McDonald's was the armpit of McDonald's. There wasn't any toilet paper in the bathrooms. It was in a sketchy area as well.

Iced caramel macchiato was overflowing on lid, needed napkins to clean it all. Syrup was caked on bottom, they didn’t blend it at all. Serviceworker didn’t acknowledge us when we said hello.

I ordered a number 4 MC Crispy and they didn’t put any of the toppings on there , just gave it to me plain , I really don’t appreciate that I was really looking forward to enjoying my meal ….. I ordered during late night shift 2Am …..🤦🏽♀️👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾
Hands down the worse McDonalds i’ve ever visited.
I wait for 10 minutes with no one to help me, I show my order to the cashier, who has a headphone in and not even acknowledging the screen order. Asks me again in another ten minutes what my order is, to get it completely wrong. A large drink and fries, and ten nuggets, and they give me a sandwich.
I recommend saving time and money. Not worth it to come here.

I went to this McDonalds today 10/22/2025 around 1:15 pm. The lady at the drive-thru had terrible customer service.
I confirmed my order at the 1st window and I asked if I had entered my code. She rolled her eyes at me and told me what I had to pay. I asked her what was wrong and she said nothing. I told her why you have bad service. She rolled her eyes at me again and told me the price I had to pay again.
I left McDonalds and went to another restaurant to get something to eat.
People like that shouldn't be serving at McDonald's

Peak hours 2pm and no frappe??? Young kid at the drive through talking on his phone with a Bluetooth in one ear and the drive through headset on the other ear. Needless to say we were yelling at the speaker for 5 minutes with no response but the employee says the speaker works. This is Our future!!!

I placed an order online. They take my payment. I pull up to the McDonald's. No one speaks English well enough to comprehend the discrepancy. They refuse to provide the order I placed and was charged for. I pull up to the window because the intercom wasn't helpful. I get to the window and they refuse to approach the window to see what it is I may want. The gentleman with the tatted sleeve tells me he cant do anything and tk wait for the manager, but she is in the restroom for 20 minutes. I leave because now it after 4 a.m. So I was charged for a meal I never received abt 45 minutes ago. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!

I visited the McDonald’s at 200 Ne 167th on September 16th 2025 around 7:25am, and unfortunately had a very poor experience with the manager on duty. When I approached with a concern about my order, the manager was dismissive and spoke to me in a rude, unprofessional tone instead of trying to help. I asked her name she barely wanted to give me her name. I asked her to spell it for me she told me no call corporate and tell them the name I gave you. This left me feeling disrespected and unwelcome as a customer. I expect better treatment from management, and I hope McDonald’s addresses this with better customer service training, because no customer should be treated this way.
