Papa Johns Pizza

If you’re looking for a place to get derogatory and sexual comments this is definitely the place to visit. My wife went to use the bathroom whilst we waited for the pizza and she was bombarded with sexual comments by two members of staff, who wouldn’t stop even when she said how uncomfortable she felt by them. They continuously put themselves in positions to stare at her the whole time we waited. Had I not already ordered and waited for nearly 40 minutes we would have left. Avoid this place at all costs as it lacks professionalism and actual customer care. The derogatory comments followed, as it’s pretty clear they don’t care for anyone who’s a visitor and doesn’t live in the States.

I place an order and then when I went to pick up they said wait 5 minutes. After waiting I went back and then they said oh we have no order under your name.

There were two employees at this location. The first was very polite and indicated that since my order included a well done item it would take a little longer, which is fine. I took a seat inside the store in the waiting area. The second employee was the one serving customers as they walked in. The first indicated my order was ready to the second and removed it from the oven and placed it within reach to the second employee. I proceeded to make my way to the counter. The second completely ignored both myself and the instructions from the first, and started chatting with associates in the store. I had to audibly indicate my order was sitting there and request it. The attitude then was repulsive and my order was disrespectfully shoved in my direction without offering any plates or napkins. I was so disgusted I didn't even bother asking for any and left the store. My advice, stay away from this location and support the location on 183rd st. Very polite and professional staff there. I hope corporate addresses the disrespectful service at this particular Collins location.

Very disappointed with Papa John’s. We placed an order and waited an entire hour, but the pizza was never delivered. When we called the store, they claimed the driver came and that “someone opened the door and said they didn’t order anything.”

This is completely untrue. We have a camera — no delivery driver ever came to our door.

Instead of solving the issue, the staff just shifted the blame. Terrible customer service and a complete waste of time. We won’t be ordering from this location again.

It's September 18 2025 11:20pm and the big heavy guy that's working is really lazy and not making any others. He got the front door locked, you can't walk in there and you have to stand outside, he has a nasty attitude. He actually said he doesn't care, you can leave you don't have to order or pick up from here. He's lazy and rude and killing the business.

This place sucks, they don’t pick up the phone. I highly recommend ordering from anywhere else. I have emailed , called , and now leaving a bad review. This store doesn’t find important to talk to their customers

The staff that worked today in the afternoon have been super nice and caring towards us. They really took care of me and my family. It was very clear that the pizzas they had prepared for us were made with care. This is now my new pizza spot. No dominor or pizza hut.

The employee - this pizzeria behaved disgustingly. My order was ready already, I saw it, but she did not give anything to anyone. When people started asking where the pizza was, she started giving pizza to everyone, but her face and behavior were irritated. Brlshk I will not come back here

I recently ordered “The Works” pizza from Papa John’s, and it was absolutely delicious! The toppings were fresh, the crust was perfectly baked, and the flavors all came together really well. The man who took my order was kind and very helpful, making the whole experience even better. Great service and tasty pizza—I’ll definitely be coming back!

This employee hangs up on phone calls ,closing the restaurant 30 minutes early, handling the doors without gloves, and then touching the pizza with unclean hands. This is completely unacceptable! Also he wanted to charge me 27$ for a cheesesticks pizza ‘medium size’ Where is the manager?
