If you read my review of Merkado 31, I have high expectations of dishes that have to be excellent.
Intimar met and exceeded all expectations.
This was some of the best Peruvian food I have had outside of Lima.
Causa was exquisite.
The anticuchos may have been the best I have ever had in my life.
The lomo saltado was expertly seasoned and served a perfect medium rare/medium. The quality of beef was evident from the first bite.

Food was amazing, service was impeccable. Everything was made fast and the servers were super helpful. Great atmosphere. 10/10 highly recommend

INTIMAR Peruvian Restaurant is a nice little spot in Sunny Isles. The service is amazing, marvelous, great, and extraordinary, with staff who are very helpful, sweet, nice, and attentive. The ambiance is absolutely amazing. The food is amazing, marvelous, great, excellent, and outstanding. Specific dishes like the passion fruit pisco sour, lomo saltado, leche de Tigre, and arroz con mariscos are delicious, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. They have a good selection of desserts. It is a place customers keep coming back to and fully recommend.
