“For a beachfront restaurant, the menu is extensive and some of the dishes are quite interesting, I was pleasantly surprised (even a little impressed). Especially the grilled Mediterranean sardines, which were quite good, and the small Greek salad was also fresh, but the vinaigrette would have been better. This is a very child-friendly place with great service and can accommodate a large group of adults and a group of children. Reasonable prices and right on the beach. The portions are generous“

“Ogawa is easily one of the best omakase experiences I’ve had in Miami.

I went with two of my best friends on a Wednesday night, and we somehow got lucky enough to be the only guests there. It basically turned into a private omakase experience, which made an already special meal even more memorable.

The chef was fantastic—interesting, engaging, and incredibly thoughtful about every dish. You could tell how much intention went into each course, and everything was beautifully executed. The sake selection was also incredible and complemented the meal perfectly. We even added a few extra pieces at the end because we weren’t quite ready for it to be over.

Obviously, Ogawa is not an inexpensive night out, but this is one of those meals where you walk away feeling like it was absolutely worth it. For a special occasion or if you simply love great sushi, I could not recommend Ogawa more. One of Miami’s very best.“

I feel after the pandemic, it's really changed the service force. It was such a fresh breath of air to have such an amazing time and service! I had a party of 11 of us for my birthday, and we were treated with smiles, and taken care of like kings. The food was phenomenal! Some of the most beautiful, fresh seafood I have ever had in my entire life. I've been traveling seven years full-time, and I will definitely be coming back just to eat here! The patio is absolutely gorgeous! It will soon be right on the ocean once they are finishing some construction! “We loved our food with great service! The mussels in a garlic marinara sauce were the best but more bread to dip would have been appreciated. I had Broiled Scrod with garlic roasted green beans topped with roasted red peppers. Others had broiled scallops, shrimp scampi, fish and chips. The fish dishes were delicious and being from Eastern Canada on the seashore, we were more than delighted to have had such great seafood in South Florida! Kudos to the Chefs and Kitchen Staff!! “I had an amazing experience at Bungalow Beach Bar & Grill over Valentine’s Day Weekend. We were staying at the Cadillac Hotel, so the location was already super convenient. We had drinks and food here a few times during our stay. The food was excellent and the staff were all so pleasant! Vanessa made our last few hours really enjoyable before leaving to catch our return flight, and we really enjoyed chatting with her. She talked to us a bit about the history of the area, the hotel, and the restaurant. We really appreciated her kindness!“
