“If you want to travel to Portugal without booking a plane ticket, this is the spot for you. The restaurants is small so I do suggest making reservations beforehand. We had reservations and were seated immediately.
The restaurant itself is absolutely gorgeous. They have a tree in the middle that gives it an outdoor open feel. And an incredible wine display in the back.
Our waitress, from Portugal, did a great job of explaining the menu to us and guiding us on what to order.
We started off with the Bolinhos de Bacalhau which are cod fritters and OMG they were sooo good! These tasted identical to the ones we've eaten in Lisbon. It comes with the classic pairing of black eyed peas which are awesome when eaten together.
We also tried the Chouriço Assado which the presentation when its brought to the table is a treat itself. It comes out on a flaming pig and then its sliced tableside. Our waitress recommended trying the chorizo with the piri piri sauce which is slightly spicy and it was delicious. It added another layer of flavor.
For entree we got the Paelha Marinheira which was absolutely amazing. First off, its a huge portion and comes piping hot. Each bite was full of seafood. We added the lobster which was perfection. It's great to share between 2 people.
For dessert we ended with the pasteis de nata and its great because it brings 2 pastries and we paired it with ice cream. It makes for the perfect sweet treat without being too much. The pasteis de nata is served slightly warm and is perfect with the cool ice cream.

“Outdoor bar with a covered downstairs bar and uncovered rooftop seating. It's right next to the wave rider and close to the water slides and Freestyle. They have a full bar and frozen drinks. The frozen lemonade was great. The frozen virgin strawberry daiquiri was tasty but a little too sweet. They stock Pepsi products, so don't expect to get a Captain and Coke or similar. This is inside the Tidal Cove waterpark and only accessible with a ticket to the waterpark.“

“We loved our food with great service! The mussels in a garlic marinara sauce were the best but more bread to dip would have been appreciated. I had Broiled Scrod with garlic roasted green beans topped with roasted red peppers. Others had broiled scallops, shrimp scampi, fish and chips. The fish dishes were delicious and being from Eastern Canada on the seashore, we were more than delighted to have had such great seafood in South Florida! Kudos to the Chefs and Kitchen Staff!! “Ordered chicken and pork empanadas for starter. Bellini with peach was amazing. Three sliders entree gives you the flavors of their tender and juicy meats with plantain fries. Can't miss with ropa vieja tender with a little crisp. Finished it off with mango cake. The entire lunch, atmosphere, music and staff exceeded our expectations! “This company is located at the Yellow Green Farmers Market in Hollywood FL on Sheridan St. booth #640….don't get Ceviche from any other Ceviche places there. I ordered the Classic Ceviche, and was not disappointed! It was fresh, and delicious! The owner and his wife were very friendly and provided very good customer service. They make the ceviche fresh to order. I will return, and recommend this restaurant if you happen to go to this Farmers Market. It’s not right at the entrance but worth the walk thru!! 👍“

“Nice portions of food. Cold strawberry lemonade on point. Egg rolls mix and match meal was great. Garlic parm fries were not crispy but onion rings were perfect. We tried four different Egg rolls and 2 out of 4 was delicious 😋 you should try it. They sell wings and desserts too. Something for everyone. Then it will be more than fling. This one is sweet which is bothersome and inaccurate. Fries are good. My drink was terrible (Long Island something -er-other). Was watered down and not worth price. Waitress was nice enough to offer a different beverage but not a discount or charge off of the nasty one. The lighting where we sat was atrocious for dining and food. Maybe drinks don't matter as much but yellow food is not a great idea haha 😅“

If you’re ever leaving a concert or game at Hard Rock Stadium and find yourself hungry, Quickies is the spot. This place stays open late and hits the mark every single time. The atmosphere is simple—just a few tables—but don’t let that fool you. Some of the best food in South Florida comes from places just like this.

They’ve got everything: burgers, seafood, wings, conch… you name it. The prices are more than reasonable, and they run great specials during the day and at night. I’ve seen lunch combos as low as nine bucks with a drink, which is almost unheard of these days.

For anyone trying to stay on the lighter side, they even offer salads and can cook things non-fried on request. But if you do go fried, let me tell you—the fried conch is on another level. Tenderized perfectly, fried in clean oil, and absolutely addictive. As you can see in the picture, it’s easily some of the best around.

By the way, the whole fried fish I think it’s snapper is unbelievable. You can also add other things to it like fried shrimp with it or Conch or any other item and it comes with a lot of fries right up your alley guys don’t miss out. They also have a location in Dania.
