Our first time dining at PERL while visiting Miami for the weekend. Rigatoni pasta was delicious, paired with NY stripe - great flavors! We ordered charred broccoli but had to ask if it could be charred logger because it came out undercooked and a bit dry. Turned out good after the extra char and added more chilli oil. The A/C also had the restaurant very cold, which gets uncomfortable if you're not layered. Nothing major, we will definitely be back in the future

I had the opportunity to go to this restaurant for the first time today, Saturday, and I was fascinated by the seabream and the branzino, which are the most delicious fish, the mushrooms are a delicacy that is difficult to find. Each flavor highlights the dish and the presentation is spectacular. I will definitely come back to try more dishes here.
