I came in to place an ordrer they coulent gelé places it on app wait es 15 min to get a row undercooked pizza and when i called they said bring it but we would you make a new one or refund u ?? Where there is a costumer service like this ! I didn m’indique driving all the way back to save my dinner ! Shame on u

This location has changed a lot for better. I had a small situation with my delivery and the costumer services was amazing.
Erika from the store took my call and she was so understanding and proffessional that i was surprised. She was very understanding. Finally a place with decent and reliable service. I hope they keep it up.

Door dash didn’t deliver my drink and somehow got the pizza to the wrong apartment. I called the store and the person was very apologetic and sent me a new order right away. It wasn’t their fault, door dash made a mistake and they took care of it right away. I appreciate that

They are always very nice. My orders are typically ready more quickly than the promised time. Most importantly, great pizza.
EDIT: got in touch with the home office and the situation was handled totally different. The store manager was really nice and replaced the order. Very professional will be ordering again because I love some pizza HUT 🤪🥰🥰🥰🥰

I ordered 2 pizzas that were cooked perfectly. I picked up my order and Roseli cashed me out with great customer service. I'll be back again soon.

I wish the manager and/Or the owner of this location could put some cashiers with better attitude at the front desk, First she doesn't have the change to give back then i said nicely No problem. Then when my order is ready i ask the typical ranch that comes with the food for free then she says you have to pay for ranch!!!! First time in my whole life i heard this! Then i explained last night i bought the same order and it came with ranch in the box without even me asking for it. Guess what she wouldn't convince, really!!? Is it worth!!!?
