I was walking in and thought it looked run down. It was the decor, it is kind of vintage. Everything was clean though. The decoration was very interesting. There are many shops around. The outdoor seating areas was excellent. There is a lot of vegetation. We loved the place. We shared our breakfast with the little birds who are no afraid to sit right by you.

Overall, the place was very good. Definitely a repeat! The coffee was great, my waffle was delicious and rich, the ambiance was fantastic, and the service was top notch! No chair or table is the same and that adds to this place's character. Only downside is the parking but still not a deal breaker.

Food is always excellent and fresh. Coffee is good. Both the indoor and outdoor spaces are lovely. Hidden pita, truffle croissant, and all the toasts I have tried always came out great.

We happened to even make some friends outside today, too.
