AthleticsFit Healthy Meal Prep Delivery service

I have very little experience with meal prep and delivery services, so this is just about individual meals I picked up with them today using TooGoodToGo. While I was waiting for my order to be brought out, I was intrigued by the vending machine at their Miami Shores location which lets you choose and pay for individual meals. All you do is swipe a card, select the meal you want, retrieve it, bag it and get charged for the meal. There are sides and desserts to choose from as well. It's a great system for someone who just wants to pop in a pick a few meals up for the next few days.

I can see how the meals are attractive to those who want a fresh meal service. I got two meals of lean ground turkey with steamed green beans and roasted sweet potatoes. The turkey was seasoned well enough to not have any gamely smell and went with the unseasoned green beans. The sweet potatoes were tender and had a nice cinnamon finish to feel like a little dessert within the meal.
I saw the pricing on the meals which begin at $11.99, according to the vending pricing. Their website has more variety, and their premium entrees can go into the $20-30 range. Again, since I do not use meal prep services, I don't know what appropriate pricing is for a nutritionally planned out meal, but it seems steep to have to pay $20-30 per meal for something you're supposed to regularly heat up and eat at home/work. It's hard to sign up for a membership for something you know you can get ingredients for and make on your own for a fifth of the cost. However, I respect the fresh nature of the entrees and clean eating opportunity with little effort on the consumer's part. If the ground turkey meal does have 40+ grams of protein as their website seems to say, it is a big help in hitting macros.

I would make another pickup here again in hopes of trying other entrees. If you're looking for a meal prep service, stopping by and doing the vending machine may be a fun way to try them out!

Athletic fit has to be hands down one of the best meal prep delivery services in the world, I have been using them for about a month so far and it is an absolute game changer, I can have extremely well done, healthy, and delicious meals ready in 2 mins after popping in the microwave, it’s crazy ?

After being struggling my entire life with diligently following a diet regimen that sustains a healthy and balance lifestyle and always finding meal prepping extremely tedious, this guys made my life so much easier!

They also have this personal concierge service thingy, it’s probable the best part about the whole thing, I feel like Kim is my best friend, I bother her so much with so many random requests ? However, she always have this amazing can do attitude, if you are on the fence of giving this guys a shot, just do it, great food, AMAZING service, you can tell this is a company for humans that is run by humans, they care about the quality of their products as well as customer satisfaction, extremely well done to everyone in the team!

Have been using AthleticFits for 2 months and love their variety and the healthiness of the meals. Food comes fresh and ready to heat up, not frozen or in difficult packaging.

Customer service is also great, you can text them if any issues and they send reminders in case you forget to order. I like that the service allows you to book 1-2 weeks at a time or by custom order, the flexibility, service and quality make it 5 stars

I’ve been a customer of Athletics Fit for years, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. I had a few other meal companies try to persuade me to switch services and nothing compares to the freshness, and flavor, and customer service I get with Athletics Fit. I can juggle my busy schedule and still track my nutrition according to whatever my current goals are, and the website is so easy to use. Highly suggest you give them a try!

Was able to to try them through a new app and my family and Inreally liked it. For one, we kept seeing the business and wanted to try them. Luckily we found an app where we could and we made a small order. We picked up and briefly met the owners ( who were VERY genuinely nice and made conversation ). Our family tried the food that day for lunch and we loved it. One was a Thai chicken salad ( yum ) and the other was Meatballs, w fenil and sauce, very delicious. Recommend them not just for the quality of the food, but for being quality ( nice ) people trying to run an honest business. Try them out. If you're busy, the model works for you.
