I have very little experience with meal prep and delivery services, so this is just about individual meals I picked up with them today using TooGoodToGo. While I was waiting for my order to be brought out, I was intrigued by the vending machine at their Miami Shores location which lets you choose and pay for individual meals. All you do is swipe a card, select the meal you want, retrieve it, bag it and get charged for the meal. There are sides and desserts to choose from as well....
Athletic fit has to be hands down one of the best meal prep delivery services in the world, I have been using them for about a month so far and it is an absolute game changer, I can have extremely well done, healthy, and delicious meals ready in 2 mins after popping in the microwave, it’s crazy ?

Have been using AthleticFits for 2 months and love their variety and the healthiness of the meals. Food comes fresh and ready to heat up, not frozen or in difficult packaging.
Customer service is also great, you can text them if any issues and they send reminders in case you forget to order. I like that the service allows you to book 1-2 weeks at a time or by custom order, the flexibility, service and quality make it 5 stars
