Even when I said excuse me can someone help me the lady literally said hold on each time and never came! So many people ended up walking out because of the wait time and not being served! The food and patties here are good and sold at a reasonable price however, their customer service is terrible! You have to wait in long lines just to order 1 thing. Yes, you're going to wait a bit. Yes, the line is disorganized. No, sometime they DON'T answer the phones. BUT HOT DAMN, THEIR FOOD IS🔥🔥🔥🔥 and the price is fair. I go there once a week at least.
