I had heard incredible things about this place and have been super intrigued especially because of the large Haitian community in Miami. All is to say, when I walked in I felt welcomed with open arms by other customers and the owner, Luna. This place is not fancy, but if taste and flavor is most important to you as it is for me, than this is a MUST TRY.I got the Stewed Turkey which was to die for. Luna also brought out a sample plate for me to try the fried Turkey which was out of this world. I can’t wait to come back soon!
They are a staple in the North Miami Haitian restaurant community. They’ve been around for awhile because of their good service, good food at a fair price.
Good food just very hard nose if you come in and have nothing. Lesson in that is always show your face in ordering their food.
Chez MadameJohn's, the right place for the best Haitian griot.
Try to support my Haitians , but the old lady in the front is too darn rude.First time there and was asking questions and she had an attitude like we wasn’t supposed to ask questions .The menu is a poster board with sharpie on it , but they get mad when people ask questions.Y’all gotta do better .Not spending my money in such a place thatHas toxic energyIf I had the choice to give zero stars I would .
Hey micheal jerome dont you know you eaten roaches look at the place from the front cant tell its nasty, it looks like a junk yard ,very secluded ,,ive never eaten haitian food so i dont think its food ,my dog wont eat it ,,, this is a reason why i dont eat out all cooks are Haitians... from flanigans to applebees to olive garden ya the people who make restaurants nasty and be put on the news...
Food was great but it took a whole for them to give it too us, but I would go back.
The food isn't good . They take to long . That's why I always get pick up. What if you ordered extra plantains. But you get 2.The chicken is ro greasy. The plantain is to hard to chew .
I went to the restaurant to place an order, the lady that was taking orders in the front was so rude to another customer for no reason ..... I had to leave without placing my order, because I would never support a business with an employee rude to that extent.
A long-standing staple that has survived recessions and pandemic. This restaurant has been around for a while. I believe one of the best places for Haitian cuisine. Everything is made right there on the spot. A true landmark.

You can't go wrong with the stewed goat!!
No just go. The food is good but honestly I go for Accra. It's the best Accra in the city.
Worst customer service ever! Food is nasty, no presentation at all.
Great Haitian Food. I like the way they make Fish.
