We've been coming to this Costco since it relocated off biscayne Blvd. however today was the worse experience the guy working register 3 Manuel L op #44 with another lady that had braids that's been a cosco employee since 2018. They were too busy talking and interacting with certain customers and skipping certain scan, and when it was brought to his attention he was very rude. Instead of saying thank you he told the person that brought how he's skipping scans to his attention in the cart. He goes oh for her I would still scan zero and what I want to and for you I would double your scans and make sure to scan all, the person laughed it off only for him to skip scans for another person that had the looks if you get my drift. but that was a bit rude, if you want to give discount to selected customers be discreet about and if others are seeing try not to be rude. And even though that happened he still didn't scan the items missed however continue to do the same but with selected customers of course in the appearance department.

Lots of perks when you buying items in bulk. Costco offers great quality of products. I love the prices on fruits, nuts, variety of cheeses and cold meats. I also appreciate the discounted price on gas and save on some household items every 3 months. It's incredible that they have over 100 million members. This time I visited the store to return a product that wasn't exceeding my expectations for sound quality. The staff who assisted was very polite and friendly. Very thankful with the staff that works there. They are always very attentive and their customer sevice is great every time.

Surprisingly healthy food (e.g. turkey slices without nitrites or nitrates) at much cheaper prices than at the grocery stores. Some items I haven't seen elsewhere (avocado chunks, for example). Large selection of health (but not workout) supplements. Small selection of non-prescription sunglasses (about 60), and only cheapo computer monitors (no widescreen IPS monitors, and the only 4K one had a cheap VA panel). I guess don't come here for specialty electronics - buy them from Amazon. But the selection of TVs seemed OK (OLED and stuff). Inexpensive high quality pillows, mattresses (Casper was present), towels and plush carpet. Checkout was pretty fast at peak time (6:30pm), and there are self checkout lanes. Free cardboard boxes if you need them. Well-behaved clientele, mostly Hispanic. Only heard one kid yelling during my two hours there. My only problem with Costco is that the bulk size is sometimes too big. For example, paper plates come in 285 count, toothpaste in 5-count, ketchup in 3-count, body wash in 3-bottles etc. But on the other hand, 3 of an item costs maybe only 50% more than one of it at Publix.

I went to buy a hot dog,,the guy was handling money..then proceeded,,to make..it..if I have not noticed,,I would have eaten..my hot dog..with no sanitary measures..unbelievably

I don't where to start, went and got gas line moves quickly the gas attendant is always so sweet and courteous and helpful because of course I have to always park on the opposite side of where the gas tank is but place is spotless so then I went inside.The place is very busy with a lot of hustling and bustling and all shelves are stocked or being stocked, check out line the attendance go beyond to make sure you are social distance , & that's the line moves .David (think he's a manager) Could not have been kinder, funny, stepped on to help Get my line moving because he could see there was an issue going on at the cash register, I want to Thank Him & all the staff here !!they are always doing an excellent job Keeping us safe ! The store is spotless and everyone I talk to you in there it could not be more helpful !! Good job!!! Be safe

Purchased my tires on-line and they were quickly delivered to Costco. Set up an appt for install and during the 2 hours there did some shopping. Luis assisted me at the Service Desk and was extremely helpful, professional and informative. Will definitely be back in the future.

The importance of signs will be notice as you read my review! I was very excited to go into Costco to get a new membership. Due to the corona virus the entrance has a line and also the way to get in/out of the store is divided by a wall of products & wood pallets to avoid people being to close.... That is understandable due to the corona virus issues we been having! However, when you read the signs (ENTRANCE, EXIT & MERCHANDISE RETURNS as a new customer you asume you must get in through the ENTRANCE! Which was the way I rerouted myself after being closer to the EXIT/MERCHANDISE RETURNS.... As I approached the lady at the entrance with my girl, I asked the lady if I could get in to get a new membership! Then she said sure, go to the other side of this items and go through returns and get in line! At that point I said" Are you sure! Returns!!! I am not returning anything. I can just get in through here the Entrance. I can't walk much now. I can just go through the entrance & get in - I would like to get a new membership. I even said" look I can cross over from the middle here. I am very tired & I need to get going. She insisted that we had to go through the other side.......... The other side was the EXIT & also MERCHANDISE RETURNS I work for a sign company & many rules apply to the signage world! Specially when you have to direct traffic and crowds, I highly suggest that you REPLACE YOUR SIGNS! You should have your sign that says MEMBERSHIPS & MERCHANDISE RETURNS To avoid the conflicting with your customers and also to improve your service & to direct the public properly without having to waste anyones valuable time! Besides I must me thin that customer service is very important- specislty when anyone with common sense could have acknowledge that the store is the one with the missing information le I should say WRONG! This incident happened on May 31st right around noon at the new Costco location on Biscayne! For everyone's best interest & everyones safety signs are design to help,guide us & to prevent this kind of situations. I don't want to give more details - but I am not exactly please with lots of small details in this event!

I love shopping at Costco is my go to wholesale store. 8/10 times I go I get great customer service and the employees are always helpful, but today the cashier LORRAINE had a terrible attitude she spoke to the customer in front of us with hostility. When it was my turn I completely forgot that Costco doesn't take credit MasterCard. So I told her to give me a second so I can transfer money from my accounts. It took me 30 seconds and right when I was going to insert the card into the machine she said "I don't have time to wait for you". On top of that the person that was helping her did not help me unload my merchandise instead he was singing to her. Employees that don't have customer service shouldn't not be put in the front to deal with customers. I work retail and I have NEVER treated a customer like this before.

I understand that we are going through difficult times with Covid 19 but the staff at Costco needs DESPERATELY to be replaced. Had it not been the 4th incident in which I observed, and was a victim, of abusive behavior on the part of the staff maybe I wouldn't be writing this review. And, God forbid, you defend yourself, because then your causing a problem. And good luck with a supervisor they look exhausted at this Costco. When I went to customer service for an unrelated issue I mentioned what always happens at this particular location and the rep said he understood perfectly and he had been a witness to what I was saying as well. Why on earth would Costco employ such crappy staff, and I mean CRAP, when there are so many people willing to work. In Costco's defense, Customer service also told me that they too are subject to a lot of abuse from customers and they try to ignore a lot of what happens just so they can work. But what I witnessed some cashiers do, both make and female, is inexcusable. When today she tried to disrespect me would not have it. She took a break and let a supervisor handle it. I don't know why I didn't get her name. Such a shame, she and the cashier next to her should have been reported. I have been to other Costco's and I promise I have never seen such disrespect. This does not happen at other Costco's. I am telling you SOMETHING IS NOT RIGHT AT THIS LOCATION AND I WILL NEVER LET MYSELF OR MY FRIENDS STEP FOOT HERE. HEADQUARTERS needs to take a look at what is happening here.

This review is for Raul and a kelly. They both have shown so much compassion towards me during the covid-19 pandemic. I have been diagnosed with ocd since i was 11 years old. I had a very traumatic childhood that led me to ocd. I have been buying gloves from Costco for many yeahs. I go through almost 2 boxes per week. Gloves allow me to not wash my hands multiple times a day. When i wash my hands i have to scrub it a lot. On my ocd peak my hands were covered in scabs because I scrub it too much. Due to the pandemic I could not find gloves at Costco even tough i drove to this location multiple times. I spoke with Raul and I literally had tears on my eyes. Raul was kind and compassionate to accommodate my needs. Kelly was kind enough to put me in contact with Raul. I cant express how grateful i am to both of them. I hope they both stay safe and health during this tough times.

I normally do not write many reviews but I wanted to let others know about my experience today at the tire service of Costco in North Miami. The staff provided excellent customer service from the moment I drove up to check a flat tire on my car. The staff was super friendly, very efficient and explained the issue with my tire. They repaired the flat while I waited and saved me a great deal of time ! Awesome job. You have a very loyal customer.
