After an hour, my food hadn’t come out so i told the unapologetic server, Kels, never mind. Kels told us we needed to spend at least $200 to stay… and we did order $200 worth of items, but nothing came in time. Furthermore, we watched her prioritize bringing out every bottle to the sections instead of us, even though we had spent $200 as she wished. Her lack of empathy and horrible attitude was disgusting. As an -Atlanta native, I’m very experienced in nightlife, and this is by far my worst experience ever. This left a horrible taste in my mouth and I’ll be sure to let everyone know not to visit this sketchy spot again. I don’t know where Da Cave found their employees, but a good bit of them need to be retrained; Kels in particular.
Omg where do I began, Xavier was the best bartender i have ever encountered. Xavier was quick and efficient but also incredibly friendly and attentive. He made excellent drink recommendations, crafted cocktails perfectly, and kept the atmosphere fun and welcoming. Even on a busy night, he made sure everyone felt taken care of. I’ll definitely be back, and I highly recommend visiting if you want great drinks and even better service come to Da Cave and ask for Xavier.

Customer service sucks ass!!! Unless u are in a V.I.P section. The waitresses completely ignores you. Ok so this was my first time here and I came becuz I seen an influencer on tik tok give this place high praise. I’m sorry but I didn’t get that same experience. I sat down at a regular table just waiting on someone to come say something about taking our order nobody ever came after sitting there for over 30 mins. I’m sorry but I won’t be back.
