Both of my thin crust pizzas where thoroughly burnt. Completely black on the edges and had barely any cheese. A complete waste of money. I complained and the manager never reached out.

Over two hours never got the food wouldn’t give me my refund picked up. The phone hung up before I even talked to him initially finally answered it after it rang for about five minutes. Nasty attitude good Lord, how do they possibly stay in business?

Insha , whom claimed to be the store manager, was extremely rude and berated me simply because I tried to pay with a $50 bill when my pizza was delivered. She yelled at both me and the delivery driver in a manner that was truly abusive. Her behavior toward the driver was especially unacceptable. I believe Insha should be fired.
This store is the worst. They never answer and IF THEY FO they leave you on hold for 30+ minutes until you hang up and then not answer. On top of IF you happen to order on the app and actually goes thru correctly the food is the bare minimum not to mention they could care less about helping you. & Even better the driver takes 1 hr 20 minutes to get to you ... 👏

A few months ago I came ordered 2 pizzas and wings and it was undercooked . With no marinara sauce or garlic sauce , I always order it with extra cheese and sauce . And it was just bread and light cheese . With my sausage cold and uncooked . I came again today learning my lesson and checking my pizza and once again no sauce made with the pizza . So I had to show the manager there was no sauce on my pizza and she remade my pizza after a back a fourth argument. I had pulled back the cheese on the pizza to show her there's NO sauce anywhere on the pizza . And this is the second time . Last time, my 6 year old daughter was even showing me and telling how much she hated it and even she told me it's just bread and cheese ,No SAUCE. . After I spent 40$ . So if this location doesn't want to keep remaking pizzas . Then just follow the order. Because ima check the pizza every time to make sure its exactly what i ordered if it's gonna make my daughter happy . EXTRA SAUCE and EXTRA CHEESE.

Wow, just wow! I would give them a negative review if I could. Twice in a row this store has failed to deliver our pizza. But this last time was the worse. When we called to say that waiting over 2 hours for our delivery was unacceptable the manager of the store replied "well you should have ordered pickup". Seriously?! This person should be fired! Mind you, no apologize was offered and no refund was given. I can see why this store has 2.8 stars. Will definitely report this to their owners.

The people there are rude. The manager and the way they take phone calls and problems is ridiculous. Basically if you spent money and have something delivered but it’s missing, consider it being a waste. They have no problem saying come to the store for inconvenience on their mess up and won’t do anything to solve any problem.
