When you’re on the the go Dunkin’ it’s the stop you must make, but this particular spot gets it right all the time. I never have a problem there that people are very nice and very fast run to the spot. Have a coffee in the rest of your day will be awesome.

I visited the store to purchase a coffee and a few donuts and intended to pay using my Dunkin’ Rewards points. The cashier, an older Indian guy, processed my points but then told me I could not use them for the transaction. When I asked how I could get my points back, he became very rude, began yelling at me, and behaved in an unprofessional manner. Because of this interaction, I left the store upset, without my coffee, and with my points still deducted. This is the second time I’ve had a negative experience with the same employee. Behavior like this reflects poorly on Dunkin’ Donuts’ image and customer service standards. I visit this location regularly and value Dunkin’ Donuts, so I hope this issue can be resolved promptly and that my points can be reinstated.

Be sure to record yourself ordering your coffee because when they make your order wrong they will argue with you instead of making the correct order.
Our goto coffee and donuts on way to class. Staff has memorized our order and are friendly, courteous and pretty quick.
