Hi good afternoon today is 12/12/24 I ordered a box of 6 doughnuts and a coffee and in the drive thru and the lady that work there is very rude and I had to cancel my order I asked for a manager she didn’t responded So that’s why I’m leaving a review on here hope the supervisor read this and talk to her to be a better worker Thank you

Was served by an amazing staff member, he is Pakistani and he really made my day here. Such a kind a devoted guy to making the costumers feel good. This guy deserves a raise cause with all the other Dunkin doughnuts around here that have terrible staff members this is really refreshing to see.

I bought an iced coffee and paid for the coffee but for no reason they charged me for the extra milk which I did not order, they add it and charge you without consulting and it was an extra charge of 2 dollars, it seems strange to me because it is the first place where they charge you extra for that, in all places it is a single price, I understand that when you ask to add something they are going to charge you for it, I only ordered the coffee that appeared on the screen and the extra was on them, when I complained they told me that they do charge, I think you should consult the extras that they consider they are going to include in your coffee. I have the invoice with me, no more coffee in Dunkin of Biscayne 12561.

Love coming here, I always oder the hot match latte and Ms. Ruby always does a great job . I also tried the cold one, Their hot breakfast is really good aswell. And the customer service is awesome 👌🏿 I will give this place a 10/10. Very friendly staff

I live 6 min away yet still waited over an hour to get my Ubereats order and the order was wrong! I had to drive there for them to fix my order which is annoying. Inside, no apology for the inconvenience. The manager just kept telling me what happened instead of apologizing. And then to make matters worse I still had to wait long in store for them to rectify my order. And the lady making my sandwiches gave me attitude because she wasn’t making them correctly. Horrible customer service
