Touchdown in Miami and the first place I went was here. Spent $43 and unfortunately, didn’t have the best experience here. Music is set too loud so the person didn’t hear me when I made my order. Placed and received my order and she said, let me know if there are any issues. Told her the flavor for the wings and it came out wrong, so naturally I brought it back. The people up front became argumentative referring back to the screen. I will say that when I read it, I thought it was correct. I’ll take fault in that regard. After to what it looked like to be a standoff, I took my food and let it alone. They clearly were not going to remake it. They offered sauce, but that doesn’t do much. The person I was with ordered the right set of wings but by that time, I wasn’t even hungry anymore. Ruined the whole experience for me.
The only positive I have for this place is that the ambience was nice.
Words of advice to the business: I’m all about supporting small businesses. I love it and I do it each time I travel from state to state. I would work on the customer service. Any other place would have exchanged it. Mistakes are possible. On both sides. Even the person I was with heard me say what I ordered. Then, the fries were cold. With the no refunds or exchanges policy, I couldn’t even change the fries out.
Words of advice to customers: Make sure you check that screen and if you have too, write your order on a piece of paper or on your phone and give it to them.

First time trying Eat My Way Miami during our visit. The food was good, however the service was poor and not a good experience for us. My boyfriend ordered Buffalo wings 6PC with fries and I ordered the grilled shrimp with beans and rice, Mac and cheese and plantains. My bf wings had bar b que sauce on them when he stated buffalo. The Mac and cheese was too cheesy for me as well. The two ladies who took his order gave him an attitude stating all sales are final and he should’ve paid attention to the screen whether it was correct or not. I ended buying him some BUFFALO wings since that clearly was the ONLY option since they wasn’t willing to cooperate with us. We’re dissatisfied with the experience and it doesn’t pay anything to be nice. No fault to the owner with the way to the two girls acted, however this policy needs to be changed because it’s an inconvenience and dissatisfaction to the customer. I love black owned brands but I’m not sure if I am willing to come back after this.
They pen at 12pm & was already sold out of haitian spaghetti at 1pm...make it make sense when it was advertised as the lunch special of the day

Food is great every time I order from them on ubereats. I get the honey bbq wing meal with djon djon rice and potato salad. The strawberry shortcake is good too.

It's a nice place but I guess all the hype is dwindling.

I can't lie, the food is beyond great, but what I don't and didn't like is that you can't order food over the phone unless it's cashapp. For that reason, I'm going to have to deduct 2 stars, because I had my mind set and determined to have this food for work until I called in to place that order. It was no way in hell that I was going to drive from downtown Miami to place an order and wait 20-30 minutes for my order to be complete, then drive all the way back late or either take the day off, with no money... no can't do!! I even tried to compromise and was still told no, and what really topped it off is that I usually go inside the restaurant, buy big food and tip well. I felt beat up and robbed that day and was still hungry and starving.
