I have worked with Robert and his team for many years now. We have done all
kinds of events together from small, in home parties to large parties at outside venues and everything in between. The food is consistently excellent and plentiful and the service is top notch.
Alot of his staff is there for many years so that also tells you something about the quality of the business.

Exquisite Catering by Robert did an amazing job!! We had my husband's company holiday party at our house. I have never used a caterer before and was a little nervous, even though this company was highly recommended by friends. Robert came to my house prior to the event, looked over our property and party space, and made me feel very comfortable. The day of the event the staff was FANTASTIC, the food was melt-in-your-mouth delicious, and the clean-up a breeze. Highly recommend!!!!!

I've been in Miami for 35 years and I hadn't tasted such horrible food and I suffered a lot of pain in my stomach from 2:38 am till 5:45am. Do not order from this place just because their more economical, you will get sick, I almost ended in the hospital.

Great service. Great food. Great staff. After a previous caterer fell through, I saw Exquisite's name on a list of preferred vendors for Florida International University and gave them a call a week before my event. I'm so glad I did. The food was good (and plentiful). The event staff were kind, engaging, helpful, punctual, and focused on delivering a warm welcome for my guests. The sales staff were helpful, accommodating, and quick to respond to all my questions. Reasonable pricing, too. Highly recommend!

I've been trying to contact Kathy since last Saturday for a wedding quote. She didn't reply to my email within four days. I called her and was told they couldn't help me. I asked them to reply to my email. They responded saying they couldn't see me. I then called to speak with them and was told the person hadn't been to work. When I asked to speak with someone else, they told me only Kathy handled wedding issues. In the end, I haven't been able to speak with anyone for a week. They're a company that leaves much to be desired.
