They make the catering experience very simple regardless if you are hosting an event for 300 people or 30 people. The customer service is always top notch and the food is delicious.

When it comes to the food itself, everything was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. Their graze table setup made my jaw drop (and mouth water) every time I walked past! We had countless comments and compliments from our attendees about how impressive the food was! They also took care of our open bar and were great at staying on top of our seemingly never-ending line of eager guests. Their staff are proactive and respectful and friendly and so on top of it. We got called to an emergency job last minute in Big Spring TX, and catering plans fell through. I was able to get in touch with mike, the day before keeping in mind. He was able to cook us some of the best steaks this side of Texas for a thanksgiving dinner with 12hrs notice. Highly recommend him and will continue to use him in the future.

The food quality is extremely disappointing and lacks basic culinary skills. It seems as though the chef has no formal culinary training, as the dishes resemble poorly executed attempts rather than professionally prepared meals. I have been working (for two years) at a school where this company caters, and even the simplest meals for children, like breakfast, are mishandled. I've seen students throw away entire trays, calling the food inedible, and after tasting it myself, I agree. The eggs were flavorless and seemed watered down or overly diluted—completely unappetizing. Lunch and dinner are no better, with the same lack of taste and quality. It’s baffling how this company receives five-star reviews, which makes me suspect they’re self-generated or written by people who have extremely low standards. A serious investment in culinary training is desperately needed because serving such poor-quality food is unacceptable.

Thank you Robert for helping make our daughter’s wedding such an amazing event! The food was incredible! Our guests could not stop telling us how great it was. Many said it was the best wedding meal they ever had! The appetizers and charcuterie table were crazy good! Your staff was fantastic and thanks so much for the flower girl’s kids meal. I have had great experiences in the past with exquisite catering. Unfortunately the person helping me with my order was off today. There is a customer service name Karen who followed up with my order today, her attitude toward customer service was really unpleasant. Hope she treats the other clients in a more respectful and efficient manner

Hands down the best catering company! From the initial contact Karen was professional and knowledgeable about my needs for my daughters” getting ready breakfast” for the bridal party at her wedding venue at The Collonade Hotel. The delivery went smoothly and the set up so cute, everything was included so I had no worries about anything on this busy day. The most important was that the food was delicious and everyone raved about the breakfast. I will definitely be using exquisite catering for all my future needs.

I recently used Exquisite for my 80th birthday. I order the Cuban combination for approximately 50 guests. The promptness of delivery, quality and quantity of food over exceeded my expectations.

Exquisite Catering could not have been a more perfect company to hire for our daughter’s graduation party. The staff was so attentive and tidy and kept all the delicious food very hot.
