I don’t normally leave reviews, but I felt this experience needed to be shared. I was really looking forward to trying this Haitian restaurant, but unfortunately, the service I received was extremely disappointing.
From the moment I walked in, the staff were rude and dismissive. There was no greeting, no effort to make customers feel welcome, and when I had a simple question about the menu, I was met with attitude rather than assistance. It felt like I was bothering them just by being there.
While I understand that everyone can have a bad day, the level of unprofessionalism I experienced was unacceptable — especially in a customer-facing business. It completely took away from what could have been a great cultural and culinary experience.
I hope the management takes this kind of feedback seriously and works on improving the customer service. Good food means very little when the environment is unwelcoming.

They hey have two young girls in the front with dreads that are super rude and don’t know anything about customer service . NEVER AGAIN ! It was my first time here and the two young ladies were rude from the beginning to the end , I literally heard the older woman tell her in creole to be nicer to the customers first and last time here they don’t even respect other Haitians
