Staff shows favoritism towards familiar faces and other Haitians that speak and loudly project the culture. If a favorite customer comes in and order a dish that they have already made they will give that person your food. Depending on the dish the quality varies and the quantity is fair. Customer service is very poor, staff closes the door 20 minutes early while they sit around and talk. Communication is poor, & inside is warm most of the time. Been a customer for a decade, poor staff and poor customer service run customers away!

The place had nice employees, sometimes they give bigger portions than advertised which is great.
I ordered the Griot complete. The meat was seasoned to perfection and the rice was just right. Going back real soon!

Last Tuesday I drove all the way from Broward to come get fried chicken , I was told 20 mins , which led into a longer wait time which was not a problem but the big lady with the pimples on her face was very rude and nasty towards me for no reason, I had coins just thrown towards me .I will not be returning.

This food is literally garbage I gave the rest of the food to a homeless man rice over cooked the food here taste like if someone thatβs not Haitian is learning to cook Haitian there first time

Very very bad customer service! The cashier does not greet you, or say thank you, before giving you the total she just hold her hand out and turns her head! So i had to yell over the music HOW MUCH? even when ordering over the phone itβs a long wait when you arrive 25 plus minutes before. Iβll give the food a 7/10 Iβll stick to DOUCE!
